I’ve recently chosen this telecom provider and so far the experience has been very positive. Communication has been clear and consistent, response times are quick, and account management has been straightforward and well-handled.

Always had a great experience with LB Telecom in the past and delighted with the personal service. Highly recommend - for all Utility renewals
LB have been our Telecoms provider for 15 years. They provide excellent customer service and always go above and beyond.
Lawrence informed me they also review Gas, Electricity and water contracts to get the best price on the market. So I asked him to review on our behalf and he didn’t disappoint.
