It’s a shame I can’t give 0 stars.
I ordered on 17th of November for a Christmas present for my niece, it was a chair. I paid for the chair and the delivery fee.
Early December I realised I hadn’t received any notification of the delivery so asked my family if it was delivered and was told no so tried contacting the site multiple times through multiple platforms with no response for days.
Finally got a response advising THEY had stuffed up and the freight charge was going to be an EXTRA $42- they had gone to email me the day after the order was placed but it got stuck in drafts so it never got sent to me.
I said well due to your error please deliver asap at your charge - I was told this wasn’t possible- I need to pay $60 freight for a $100 chair and needed to make payment before they would ship.
I told them how poor the customer service was as this was their error and they told me to shove it.
Worst service I have ever had.
