Very disappointing experience with this company
Very disappointing experience with Lawson Motor Company. We purchased a Range Rover Evoque in October 2025 under the assurance it had a full service history, a full service completed before collection, and no issues. Unfortunately, this was far from the case.
The car was in poor condition on collection, with cosmetic damage and a faulty key. Although these were eventually addressed, further problems quickly followed, including battery failure and non-working front and rear cameras—issues that existed from the start. Communication was poor, with delays, unreturned calls, and excuses about being too busy to resolve faults.
An independent inspection later revealed additional problems, and we also discovered the car had only received an interim service, not the full service promised. To make matters worse, the V5C registration was not correctly transferred.
After multiple returns and ongoing issues, we have lost all confidence in this company. Based on our experience, we would strongly advise others to proceed with caution.
