Fantastic Virtual Office service.
The virtual office service was a breeze to set up and I had all the needed documents within minutes including the address and occupier's consent documents.
Also because of an issue with another company, our company binder was sent to the virtual office address by mistake and Lawpath online chat was able to help me with options for me to either arrange a courier or they could repost it to me for a small fee. I couldn't have asked for better service.

I could not recommend Lawpath and Parv high enough. The system is super easy and Parv was helpful, informative and very patient when she took us through the system.

I used Lawpath in 2020 when I was starting my business. To be able to access Lawpath, I needed to give them my credit card details, and I had to sign-up for a one-year subscription, with an automatic renewal policy. Since I only used Lawpath during the first month of my business, I totally forgot about it. After a year, I was charged again for another year's subscription. I tried asking for a refund or to be charged only for a month's subscription since I no longer need Lawpath's products and services. However, to my dismay, they refused to give me a refund saying I should have cancelled my subscription prior to the expiration of the first year's subscription. I think it's highway robbery for a business to get money from it's clients for services not required and therefore, not rendered. I am just a solo trader. Lawpath is a multi million dollar business. Yet it holds on tight to my money as if it would go bankrupt if it decided to deal with me fairly. I am so disappointed!

Great customer service and very pleasant to deal with.

The long process of company registration is made short and easy to understand, it is what I felt. The fee charges with Lawpath is very competitive I paid what I was expecting to. The use of online chat is very quick and the person shares key information to avoid errors, I was able to fill information myself.

Basic subcontractor agreement and received 2 quotes within a few days. Chose the one offering 2 revisions to the agreement for approx $1300 as there were bound to be some terms that changed. Seemed reputable, had previously good reviews, and terms included what I needed.

A few days later I got an email with the contract mark up and request for payment to be released. A few of the paragraphs added were quite useful, but others were edited out in the next revision.

Sent it back to the lawyer with the revisions required and the notes made by the other party, and was told revisions weren’t included. The terms sent to me included any amendments and up to 2 revisions. Turns out if the other party makes changes that’s not included and requires a new agreement and more $ to read those amendments.

So I asked lawpath for half a refund because that’s wasn’t my understanding. Customer service from both the lawyer and lawpath after a bit of back and forth to salvage the job were fair, and we agreed to split the difference. I went it alone on the final revisions and got a 50% refund.

While it didn’t go to plan, and no one really got the result they wanted, in the end it showed Lawpath and the lawyer both wanted to provide a very good customer experience. You only tend to find out what a company is like when things go wrong, and from my experience Lawpath customer service is about as good as you can hope for.

I stumbled upon a business opportunity that required me to have a registered company, not just an ABN, and I had no clue where to start in terms of registering, let alone getting all the compliance documents in order. A Google search popped up Lawpath "and the rest is history." A very effective, simple and extremely user friendly website/app!

Was quick and easy
