Lawn Starter takes care of my lawn for years now. The crew are respectful. They go up and beyond mowing my lawn. They make sure that the edges were neat. I do not have to worry if I am not around when they come to take care of my yard. I do not have to worry if I take a vacation. It gives me peace of mind.

Unreliable scheduling
This was the first time I ever tried using LawnStarter. It was easy enough to get my account signed up. However once my bid was accepted, over the course of a week I had 4 different "Pros" accept the job, only to cancel at the last minute. Meanwhile, I wasted the whole week waiting on LawnStarter to find someone who would actually complete my job (leaf removal) which they never did. Then when I tried to just cancel the service request, they tried charging me $15. Only after I strongly protested did they relent and allow me to cancel. I wasted 5 business days and a few hours of time dealing with their customer support, my project still isn't done, and I'm at square one. Waste of time.

Oscar is our lawn technician. He is super fast professional and gets the job done. Also I love how payments work out how you can choose to tip and also it’s hands free so you or your technician don’t lose track of payments. I’ve had trouble finding lawn guys for years and with LawnStarter all my problems have vanished.
