This is my second time using LawnStarter over the past few years, and once again, my experience has been nothing but positive. I honestly can’t say enough good things about how easy and reliable this app makes lawn care, especially for someone like me who usually dreads finding and coordinating with a lawn service.

One of the biggest things I appreciate about LawnStarter is how seamless the entire process is. Everything is done through the app on your phone, from scheduling to payment to communication. There’s no back and forth, no chasing people down, and no awkward phone calls. I can set everything up in just a few minutes and then forget about it. I tried to cancel them when I was down in NOLA last week. After much back and forth of 'is there anything we can do to bring you back', with my solid NO, I thought I had finally gotten my point across - I wanted to CANCEL them. Yet, here I am back in Madison with them continuing to bother me with offers of their service. I have already texted STOP and am still getting texts from them. If you use their services, you are trapped for life.

This site made it extremely easy to find a lawn pro to service my yard without having to search through dozens of lawn care companies. I just put in my home address and Lawnstarter matched me with a pro in less than 24hrs who was able to service my yard within 2-3 days of my initial quote request. And my first service only cost me $20. They also host other services in addition to lawn mowing, like flower bed weeding, mulching and even tree trimming which I'm planning to use as well. Lawnstarter has made finding services to fit my needs very convenient

Terry and his team have been great! The are always on time, efficient, and the yard looks better than ever!

My assigned lawn care pro Terry did a great job with my yard. There are two tree stumps in the way that I have a hard time navigating around myself, but I love how even everything looks. He was very communicative when he couldn't arrive on our original scheduled date. I hope to continue using his services through lawn starter in the future.

Was helpful with different mowers to complete job at this property

Quincy did a nice job on my lawn and made everything look nice and neat.

Mike is great. My lawn has never looked better the other services such as bush trimming and leaf removal have also been great.

Stay away from this service. Unprofessional service technicians. Payed them to cut lawn and other landscaping work. We where away paid them ( my error) came home to work not completed and being it was over 5 days there is no recourse and they refuse accept pictures of work that was not done..

Currently on hold as I type this with customer service (it's been almost 10 minutes already). Had the service for roughly a year and my front garden is now all grass with a few of the pre-existing shrubs, pavers my wife and I installed near the back patio are covered in dirt.

Lawn starter is awful. They scheduled service for Monday. No show. When I called they said it was a two day window (but didn’t indicate that when they scheduled it) but on day 2 of the window no show again they rescheduled without telling me to Wednesday. No show. Two day window. No show Thursday and when I called customer service they said the second provider had just “skipped the service” so they wanted to reschedule for the next week. At that point I just asked them to cancel the account. Not sure if it’s just my area but the communication was horrible and the service was nonexistent.

My yard was overgrown when I moved in a couple weeks ago, he came on time, right by himself and took care of the whole property. He let me know when he was on his way and when he was done. He did an absolute amazing job. I couldn't be happier with his work.
