Thomas Lawn Care Service did a great job with my backyard! It is tough to do they made it look so much better! The trimming and blowing the debris off the sidewalk and street make it look more finished. Thanks to LawnStarter for finding this crew. I have them cut 2 large hedges in the front of my house. I always want them cut away from my sidewalk nothing hangs over it's a nice clean square and straight. They also clean up very nicely afterwards and leave no clippings

Terrible service with hidden fees! Be aware and stay far away. This app is a scam. They wont allow you to cancel without getting several cuts. Then they create this long grass fee charging you double out of nowhere. A clear scam.

I was a bit apprehensive at first but these guys came through. They did my very back that is the worst to get. They did everything I asked and more. I do recommend these guys

I subscribed to this company to do my lawn on Friday, May 24th. I installed the app as instructed to communicate to the person assigned to do my lawn. Unfortunately he didn't show up as scheduled due to car problem.

I cancelled my service immediately as guided by the customer rep.

On Sunday, someone came to our home after service was cancelled on Saturday. He was very rude and disrespected to my family.

He then drove over the lawn bags that were by the curb. After filing a complaint and providing pictures, there only response was an apology.

Are these lawn providers vetted?
If damage done, there only response to fix the issue is an apology.

I failed to ask the most important question?

Are these outsource lawn providers vetted and what is the process?

He was very rude!

Joshua lawn service did a great job on my lawn. He arrived on time. My grass was cut just the way I liked it and everything was cleaned up. Perfect

He did exactly what I needed him to do and the job definitely wasn’t easy. My lawn is mostly tall weeds with fallen branches everywhere. I’m extremely grateful for how easy the LawnStarter app is and that they could connect me to Roberto. This is the first year that finding someone to cut my grass weeds wasn’t a giant hassle.

Jordan was great. He was friendly, took his time, and made sure he didn't miss a thing. Great attention to detail.
