Arranging service was easy. I use the app so communicating with the lawn servicer has been easy and feels safe. Support from LawnStarter checked in quite regularly whenever my servicer and I rearranged dates just to make sure I was satisfied with the service. I was like O.o they're actually paying attention lol.

It was very convenient and the team was wonderful and did an amazing job with my lawn and I will continue to use this service.

They did not correct how I was scheduled for 5 weeks. I was supposed to be every two weeks!! I called and called and texted requesting they fix it. They did not fix until they charged me for 3 extra mows and then were unwilling to refund or discount future services. They did offer to put my services on hold, during which time my lawn would continue to grow, and they could charge a "long grass" fee when they came back for service.

Lawn starter really screwed me over. They only mowed half my lawn. I complained and they switched lawn care professionals. Then the new guy seeing the pattern continued to mow only half the lawn. It’s obvious I’m trying to sell my whole house. Half my lawn is a jungle a they nail you with the 3 cut minimum I tried to cancel and hire people who weren’t complete morons but you can’t for three mows. So I do not recommend. Bad communication, bad service and horrible app

They pay attention to detail and do a great job, leaving my lawn looking clean! They cut to a perfect height and edge nicely.

Douglas and his team are absolute Rockstars! They definitely went above & beyond when mowing my yard. Highly recommend these guys if you want your yard done right!

LawnStarter is always on time and keeps my yard looking great.. so much so, my HOA hasn’t complied a single bit this summer.. not about the yard anyway.

I have been using LawnStarter for 4 years now. They are Great. My service is out of state and I can always trust them to make sure my property looks good. They take pictures and show you that the work is done. Couldn’t ask for a better lawn service.

A&G lawn care did a good job and even came out on a Sunday afternoon. Would recommend them.

If I could give a zero I would. I was in a car accident and needed to mow. The “professional” known as Lawns by Johnathan was dispatched to my house. He not only did a horrible job, he damaged my neighbors fence. I have been emailing and calling for two weeks trying to have them resolve the issue but “their policy does not cover a neighbor’s property” I am continuing to attempt to get the police involved as that may be the only recourse. They are horrible at customer service and a total scam.

Update-
Still waiting on this “resolution”… 3 days after the message below and no contact. I did receive another message from the “professionals” working on my case saying that their policy states that “there is nothing they can do about damage to property that is not one of their customers” So ask you neighbors to make sure they don’t use Lawn Starter….cause they can break your stuff and not fix it!

Their “solution” was to do nothing. They refunded the $20 that I spent in the lawn which will nowhere cover the repair costs. They are a deceitful company with no customer service.

Was to quick the lawn and trim was good but the blowing of the hard services was poorly done he did not ran the walkway out front he didn’t do it

They did a great job and professional and proficient. I am happy with the work thank you !

My lawn looks beautiful and great job on the edging too. Its so nice to come home to a beautifully cut lawn for an affordable price.
