It took quite a bit of effort to get a reliable landscaper assigned to our account, but the one we have now has been excellent. Since he came on board, the service has been consistently great. Unfortunately, many of the other providers we’ve worked with have tried to bypass LawnStarter by asking for direct payment, which puts us in an awkward position.

The bigger issue now is the sudden 20% price increase. It came without warning and takes effect immediately. At this new rate, LawnStarter no longer offers the value it once did. I can easily find other companies willing to mow for the same price, whereas before LawnStarter felt like a competitive option. I’m planning to shop around and will likely switch to the company that already handles our mulch and bed cleanups—they used to be more expensive, but with this increase, they’re actually the better deal and far more convenient.

We have had Jaden cut, trim, and blow off the clippings for two times now. He has done a very nice job both times. We have a lot of trimming to do, and he does it perfectly. I love how I can communicate with him via the app when I need to change something!

The guy they sent to my home butchered my shrubs and did not finish mowing my lawn. The guy also ruined my solar lighting system. LawnStarter is not the company you want to use!!

Dennis showed up on time and communicated with us prior to our appointment to ensure he knew what we were looking for in our lawn care. When he arrived , we discussed the plan for our lawn care again. Dennis was professional and courteous.
Our lawn was overgrown (unforeseen circumstances) and he spent 2.5 hours mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing. When he left we were shocked by how nice our lawn looked and even received compliments from the neighbors.
