I used lawn starter for about two years in Los Angeles county, they always took care of the yard were quick, consistent, and sometimes even went above and beyond, like helping us clear a small bush that got up rooted, or cutting back and overgrown plant from a path.
We only cancelled because our yard is completely torn up by construction and doesn’t really have grass to mow at this time!

These guys always came out. Never missed an appointment. Trimmed two trees that really needed it. The lawn always looked good. Please hire them as they do an awesome job.

It is too easy to get ripped off on this app. I was charged $66.99 for disappearing messages and service not provided. Customer service did nothing. I do not recommend.

Easy to use application on the phone, keeps you aware of the scheduled service. Had two different different contractors, both did a good job, the second one is excellent, yard has never looked so good!

I called to get service for my lawn. I was given a price, but because the lawn was severely over grown the technician sent me an email saying it would cost more to have it done. I asked for a price and was given a quote of $38.08 which I agreed to. The next day I received an email from the company saying the actual charge would be $56 additional in accordance with their long grass policy. When I called to dispute the charge, that was given to me via their app, I was told that was just for the Pro tech who was doing the actual work. They refused to honor the quote and apologized saying the Pro should not have given me that price and their long grass policy should stand. They would not stand behind the price I was quoted by their Pro tech. I will say that the Pro tech did a very good job, but for $18 the company should have made good on the quote. I have a requirement of at least 3 service calls and will be immediately canceling the service after the 3rd cut. They can have their policy and fine print, I will find someone else to do the $600 full landscaping and trimming of my yard.

Yard looks great, crew was on time and there was no hassle involved

The guys were excellent! They did an amazing job! My yard was a mess and I am shocked they did all that they did! I love the job they did! And they are recommended for sure!
