Juan is great at communicating with me about the jobs. He does an incredible job every time with no issues. He is quick and efficient while being careful around my vegetable garden.

They canceled the service 3 times and I had to beg to reschedule and they still don’t show up. I asked for different lawnmower and they didn’t change anything. Now I’m getting call from the county for having long grass but they won’t do anything.

Stay far away from Lawn Love — this company is a complete scam.

I canceled their service over a year ago and assumed everything was clear. But out of nowhere, someone showed up at my house, trimmed my front yard without my approval, and now they’re demanding payment for a service I never asked for or agreed to. Even worse, they talked to my neighbor and charged them only $30 for a similar one-time job — yet they’re trying to charge me $200. Clearly, they’re pocketing the difference.

When I tried to cancel again via their app, the app kept crashing. I finally reached out to customer support, and instead of helping, they kept insisting I had to pay for this unauthorized service. Now they’re threatening me with collections and saying it will affect my credit score — all for a service I never requested.

This feels like robbery. Unauthorized service, price gouging, and aggressive, threatening tactics. Avoid this company at all costs. They do not care about consent, fairness, or basic customer service.

This company provides very good quality lawn care at a reasonable price.

Lawn Love makes scheduling lawn service simple. I am assigned a mowing team whom I can communicate with. The mowing is always quick and high quality. The price is reasonable and billing is automatic. Lawn Love allows me to be where I need to be and not worry about the lawn.

This company is a joke and not a funny one. My husband has a terminal illness and is no longer able to clean up the leaves from our large yard. We called all over and this company accepted the job— but after a week their website still said “ Still looking “. I tried chatting with them but all they could do was verbally shrug and this was rude and frankly, it pissed me off. Why did they accept the gig unless they KNEW they had someone available? This added to my already off the charts stress level and they did not care .

Needless to say I would not recommend this company to any living person. They are liars. The good news is that we found a decent individual who will do the job for a reasonable price tomorrow.

Lorenzo was courteous, professional and efficient. He kept me posted on progress from start to completion. The lawn love platform is user friendly, providing ease on scheduling, communication and billing. I'm very content with the lawn service.

Richard was very Professional and even sent me pictures of the work when he was done. The attention to detail was on point. Great value for the service I received.

This is my first mow with Lawn Love and I'm so happy that I called them! I usually mow my own lawn but recently, after being out of town I came home to a lawn disaster - high grass and a broken mower. It looked like Mutual of Omaha's Wild Kingdom out there. Pablo arrived and got right to work with a cheerful attitude and made my lawn presentable again! He went above and beyond, did a better job than I could have and even blew the leaves off the deck. I'm grateful and my neighbors will be too :D. I'll be having them mow the lawn every month from now on!

I'm always happy with Frederick's work. He comes by not too early and not too late and knocks it all out in no time leaving everything very uniform and clean looking. I've literally had absolutely zero things to complain about through the entire time he's been working on my yard.

Bill is a trusted and honest guy. He does good job with my lawn. He's God's sent. Highly recommend him.

This is my first year with Lawn Love and am greatly impressed With their mowers work ethic and honest billing of their service along with the Customer Service received with any questions I had over the phone.
