Sadly I ordered a beautiful pair of clip earrings. When they arrived I was a little disappointed at the quality. Also, the clips did not hold onto the earlobe. Basically, not fit for purpose. However, they did offer a very speedy refund. Albeit I paid £20 postage which I thought was a bit steep.

Style and service... getting order quickly

The customer service was brilliant when I had to return a pair earrings that were not right for me and re-order some different ones. I shall be buying again from Laurence Coste.

Saw a photo of Zara Tindall wearing Milly Rose earrings and knew I had to have them - I was able to seek advice as to whether they would be suitable for me and they arrived today, beautifully packaged and even more beautiful in real life.

Gorgeous earrings, beautifully crafted and light as a feather. Unique designs. Excellent customer service (charming) which is rare these days. A family business that really cares.

The package got stuck at the customs in Belgium, I had to pay 35€ to have it delivered. The earrings were very well wrapped in little boxes but as I opened the box of the pearl ones, one blue cabochon was un glued . I managed to glue it back. I must say I bought many earrings at LC and this problem, stone getting unglued is recurrent. Otherwise I do love the earrings I ordered, they are small and discreet, very pretty and easy to wear everyday.

I have four pieces from Laurence Coste, two were purchased at the Davies Street store and two were purchased online. The assistant in the store was very friendly and helpful and I do prefer to shop in person but as I no longer live in London, the online store is a good alternative. The quality of the jewellery is excellent and it’s my go to place when I need something special. It’s also helpful that the earring styles are available in both pierced and clip on.

A package arrived with nothing in it but a thank you card. It looked as though it had been opened and then retaped and that tape was opened.

I needed a certain colour earrings, I called to make sure they were in the shop. The assistance was extremely helpful and we found a necklace to go with them. Great help, good knowledge and a smile. Thank you

Some of my all-time favorite earrings are from Laurence Coste! The brand constantly introduces new styles, offering an incredible variety to choose from. All beautifully designed and handmade by the founder herself. I definitely recommend!
