I want to return an item and their policy is you have to contact them within 7 business days. So I did that via their contact form. Heard nothing after a couple of days. So tried the live chat which was useless. The first response had nothing to do with the request. So tried again and got directed to email. When I told the agent that I had already done that, she told me they action in order of receipt. How can you abide by their returns policy if they don’t respond in time. Almost 3 weeks and I’m still waiting on a response.

Update: 14/12/2025 still no response from the seller despite multiple follow ups

Es una especie de secta , que te pide validar tu direcion mostrando un recibo domiciliado , parece que estás haciendo un trámite oficial en lugar de una compra online lo peor de este mundo 4 días pidiéndome papeles y comprobantes y aún mi pedido no sale de sus almacenes , AHORA despues de mucho esperar me cancelan en pedido y ya va para un mes y NO ME devuelven el dinero Martina de atención al cliente lo peor solo sabe darme largas , tomaré acciones legales

They changed the price of a product after I placed an order citing that they were a consignment store. It shouldn't have happened and If they made a mistake in listing the product with the wrong price, they should have honored It.

I spoke with the customer service several times but they are not willing to offer not even a discount for their mistake.

At the very least they offered me a refund. I do not recommend, very bad customer service and not even willing to negotiate.

Fiz uma compra no valor de US$758 há mais de dois meses. A mercadoria ficou parada na alfândega por falta de documentação que deveria ter sido fornecida pela própria Latinafy. O pedido ficou no aeroporto mais de 20 dias e eu mesmo tive que correr atrás do documento. Quando finalmente consegui e enviei, demoraram mais 5 dias para me responder dizendo que já era tarde e que a encomenda havia sido devolvida ao depósito.

Deixei claro que eu não queria reembolso, queria sim os produtos que paguei. Mas agora me dizem que só resta reembolso — e mesmo assim não recebo nenhuma solução. Já envio e-mails há dias sem resposta e quando finalmente alguém responde no chat, mandam enviar e-mail novamente.

A experiência é péssima: falta de responsabilidade, demora e falta de respeito com o cliente. O mínimo que espero é o reembolso imediato do valor pago.

They suddenly disappear and do not answer emails back. They do not have an updated list of stock so If you buy something they are going to tell you 1 or weeks later that is out of stock and again, they disappear.

Hice un pedido con cierto temor pero todo fue bien y rapido. En cuanto a mi experiencia lo recomiendo. Y lo voy a utilizar nuevamente. Gracias.

Series I ordered does not have English subtitles. I don't speak Spanish, therefore, I am unable to watch this series. Wasted my money!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Ordered something almost 2 months ago. They cancelled the order out of the blue because it was out of stock. Asked for a refund, still haven’t received anything.. The only response that I’m getting is “We are sorry for the delay in providing you with an update on the status of your refund. We want you to know that we are actively working to obtain the necessary details and provide them as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this process”…

Ordered a DVD collection that was supposed to be in Spanish. Got a pirated version -english only when I went to watch it. Reached out via chat got no response. Tried the phone number on the invoice and it didn't work.
