removed my previous review but these guy almost lost us the house we bought. Helen wasn't great, case taken over by Guy who was rude, obnoxious and condescending, never returns anything on time and seems to lack the very basic skills needed to do the job

Regular contact, helped me out when I got brain fog with other sides further questions and everything got done ahead of schedule.

Recently, I have used several conveyancers and solicitors for sales and purchasing. Vast majority of them were disapointing and would never use them again.
Latimer Lee on the other hand, have been amazing in their communication and thoroughness. They completed my auction purchase within the deadline even having Christmas in between. I am most grateful to Amir Baig who was amazing and responsive and handled my case. Finally, they were very competitive in their charges as an icing on the cake; will definitely use them again.

This is the third time we have used Latimer for BTL Mortgage conveyancing, and we are happy to use them ongoing. Of course there will be hiccups along the way, but we simply respond to all emails, provide what is required, and all purchases have completed.

Dealt with Nasser, found him to be meticulous and thorough in his approach. He has a greet understanding of the law and legal principles. An astute, tactical litigator with excellent mediation skills. He has dealt with numerous litigation matters for my firm and has had a 100% success rate. Nasser, gets results, very responsive, would recommend him 100%.

This was a very drawn out sale. I would like to say this was not the fault of my solicitor as this was a chain sale.
My Solicitor was always on hand to chase up the other solicitors.
All my paperwork was done very quickly and efficiently. I was always updated. I cannot fault my solicitor or the company. I will be going back for any further sales or purchases

I always think that reviews should be done beforehand - previews - and , 'in house' so that the service you offer has been thought through before it reaches the customer and you are confident that no complaints will be made. However, the only thing I will suggest is that e-mails between solicitors regarding queries and matters of progress are copied in to the client.
