This mascara lasts forever on my lashes. Through errands, through humidity, through everything. Still looks soft and natural, not crunchy. Honestly one of the best I’ve tried.

I bought the three tubes pack of mascara after seeing a sponsored ad on Facebook. The company then enrolled me into their "VIP club" without my knowledge or consent and stole an unauthorized charge out of my PayPal account. Worse yet is that PayPal is siding with these crooks and won't give me my money back. Please give me a refund! I want my money back and DO NOT want any of your VIP nonsense.

Although it took longer to arrive than expected I am extremely satisfied. Communication was excellent, it was immediate and personal, not just a standard reply, so I felt my concern was being addressed - I hadn’t received my item. It did arrive, exactly as ordered and I will continue to deal with this company and recommend to everyone. It’s a challenge to deal on line and sort out the good from the bad but this is 💯 % the good!

The wand is great — easy to control and gets every lash.

I accidentally ordered more than I wanted & Sadie & Ellie helped me get a full refund which was absolutely brilliant great customer service I would absolutely recommend them

Lash Mascaras Black is BEYOND amazing, I have tried false lashes that don't work for my liking & many Lash Mascara's, they clump and smudge but "Lash Mascara Black" does accordingly that I have FALLEN IN LOVE with this product. I ordered one mascara from Lash Cosmetics (pay to Nymbus LLC), and they sent and charged me for four. They also charged me for 'expedited' shipping, which I never, ever use, anywhere! The product does not do what they say. It clumps on lashes and is very messy. It produced irritation on my eyes. I do not trust using it again. I am seeking a refund, but no luck so far, and they won't cover return postage. Don't fall for their tricks. The US dollar is worth so much more than the Aussie dollar. I have really lost out (over $70). I feel duped, and like never buying anything online, again! Gina, in Australia

I purchased mascara from Lash Cosmetics in September 2025 and immediately noticed unexpected additional items appearing on my order. I contacted customer support the same day to cancel the extra products and requested a refund, which led to multiple emails attempting to upsell me instead of simply processing the cancellation.

At no point during this exchange was it made clear that I had also been enrolled in a paid VIP subscription.

Months later, I discovered recurring monthly charges of USD $31.63 via PayPal, billed by Nimbus LLC, labelled only as “VIP Customer Benefits”. This totalled $152.93USD!!! The billing descriptor gave no meaningful indication of what the charge was for, and I had to dig through PayPal transaction metadata to identify the product ID and link it back to this purchase.

The combination of:

a confusing checkout process
aggressive post-purchase upselling
vague billing descriptors
and an ongoing subscription that was never clearly disclosed creates a customer experience that lacks transparency and informed consent.

I have now cancelled the subscription via PayPal, but customers should be aware that a simple product purchase can quietly turn into an ongoing monthly charge unless you actively monitor your payment accounts.

I have now received the refund and have increased my experience from 1 star to 2 stars to reflect the dealings with Lashcosmetics.

i order from their website, from seeing their ad on facebook, never got the product. i reported them to BBB, be warn this might be a scam

Softest feeling lashes ever. No stiffness at all, which I hate in other brands.

I didn’t think one mascara could do both length and volume this well. The finish looks so natural but still pretty dramatic when I want it to be. No flaking at all, even after hours. So good!!

I wasn’t expecting to like this as much as I do, but wow it really delivers. The wand separates every lash without scratching my eyelid. I love that the formula feels so light but still adds volume. Total win for me!

I was impressed by how clean it stayed all day. No smudges, even in humidity. My lashes looked long and lifted the entire time. This one really delivers.

I saw the ad on Facebook and thought it sounded like a good deal. I went on to order it and the checkout process was so confusing with pop ups all over the place with special offers for 3 bundle of mascaras and eyeliners.
Then I noticed my account was charged twice. When I queried this with the company they said it was for a vibely mascara and three eyeliners. They said refund was not possible as it had already been shipped and I could return once received. It took ages to come and when it did the eyeliners were ok but I don't really use them so as it was before Xmas I decided to gift them to my friends rather than go through the rigmat of returns.
Then a month later I noticed a charge for £24 for VIP benefits. I again emailed them and they said i signed up to it when checking out. This is for discounted products from their website. Number one there is not a great deal of variety on their website that warrants such a high amount for VIP benefit. Number two o don't use a great deal of make up and will never make use of this. I told them this and after a while they emailed me back saying the terms were made clear on their website and they are happy to offer me 50 % refund. This is not acceptable to me. I have ordered stuff online before and have never seen these sneaky pop ups when checking out. I really wish I'd read the reviews on here before I ordered as it seems like a good way to take extra money as nothing is made clear. Before you know it the check out is complete and the only way you know what you have bought is when they email you. I emailed them straight away and the order had already been despatched. Company is based is USA but product has come from china. Very disappointed. I don't see what the issue in giving a full refund is. They are not losing out on product. I don't want the VIP benefit and that is my choice as a consumer. They know full well about their dodgy check out process as many have said on their reviews yet they have not sought to remedy this at all.

The brush hits every single lash, even the tiny ones at the edges. I love the definition it gives without looking clumpy. Such a solid everyday mascara.

I wore this through a long shift and it didn’t flake even once. The formula is super comfortable. It’s honestly a step up from the more expensive ones I used to buy.

The black shade is bold in the best way. Makes my brown eyes stand out so much more!

This one surprised me! It’s lightweight but still adds noticeable volume. Even after wearing it all day, my lashes still looked good. Will definitely repurchase.
