Thank you for your feedback Glen! Please watch our tutorial video on how to properly use the gingival barrier. If you need to use 2 people for it, you are doing something wrong. Also practice makes perfect! Practice more and more on fake teeth before using on an actual patient.

Please contact us directly before leaving a negative review with a question that could of been easily resolved via email / phone call. But yes, this gel should always be refrigerated. Anything over 16% hp should always be refrigerated. This should have been taught during your training course. Please contact us directly if you have any questions on how to use this before administering this on an actual patient. Serious damage can occur if not used correctly. We could have easily replaced the syringe for you if you had contacted us directly with your issue. Sometimes products can get damaged during shipping!

Very great service and they delivered just as promised. My product was delivered the same day as I ordered. And not just that, due to my door bell not working at the time. They we're even thoughtful enough to call me to let me know my order was deliver and on my porch. Really appreciated that, VERY PLEASED!!!! Thank you

Fast results after my first use
I always used crest white strips but they would hurt my teeth and gums. I saw Great results with LaserGlowspa wireless whitening kit and also bought their day and night toothpaste.

One of the best whitening systems I’ve ever used ! The battery runs long, the wireless system is so convenient for on the go and the results are insane. Just after first time, you could see a difference. 10/10 would recommend !

Laser Glow is absolutely amazing
Laser Glow is absolutely amazing. I have used it for the past 5 days and my teeth are 2 shades whiter It's quick,easy, and does what it claims. There is no sensitivity afterwards -just whiter and brighter teeth.
The customer service is also top notch! They answer any of your questions and always available So happy I ordered Laser Glow!

Whiter than white customer service
I first heard of laser glow from a friend I used to work with on her Instagram story. Loved the results she was got and thought I’d give it a go. I had my laser glow kit for about a month when my light became possessed. Lol. It was Turning itself on and going nuts. Lol. I contacted laser glow for advice and they were extremely helpful. Sadly we couldn’t fix the problem and they sent me a replacement. Top notch customer service!!! Now that being said, this isn’t my fist rodeo, I’ve used lots of other products in the past. All were ok but not great. I noticed that laser glow gel pen has a good amount of carbamide peroxide in it which is what I need. More than any other products I’ve used. In all I’m super happy with the results!! I highly recommend it. Now I’m waiting for my new one to come in so I can enjoy continue having beautiful white teeth!
