Very fast service
Very fast service. This remote being the larger remote for the dvd . Should be the stock remote as the one that comes with the dvd is very small and hard to operate.

I purchased a full hd video doorbell
I purchased a full hd video doorbell. There was no charging cable for the door chime. Door bell kept going off line. Extremely hard to get it back on line. Having to delete and reload. After several emails I was told to send it back as it must be faulty. I sent it back and after a lot of drama got another one. This one is exactly the same. No charger cord for door bell. Went off-line and app unable to find it. It costs to much to return for the same issues. Do not recommend at all.
