If there was a rating of ten stars that’s what I’d give my experience

I recently completed my 4th laser hair removal session, and I would like to sincerely appreciate the therapist who treated me. She was extremely professional, attentive, and dedicated throughout the entire appointment.

She carefully covered all areas of my arm without rushing and made sure every section was treated properly. I truly appreciated the time and effort she put into the session. Her attention to detail, patience, and commitment to delivering quality service really stood out.

I felt completely comfortable and confident in her work. She did an absolutely amazing job — 100% client satisfaction from my side. It’s clear that she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about her clients’ results and experience.

I would definitely love to have my next session with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for professional and thorough treatment.

I would just like to compliment the Launceston Store, on their friendliness, cleanliness, punctuality and exceptional customer service. They are always on time which helps when travelling over 1 hr to get there. Special mention to my dear consultant Katie who is so fun loving, professional, and makes my visits certainly worth the wait. Love the chats we have and she has such great product knowledge. Laser has been the best thing I have done for hair loss. Wish it was affordable 30 years ago. Keep up the good work everyone. (especially Katie :-) See you soon
