It was my first time doing any treatments and Adela made me so comfortable and at ease. So far I’m happy with the results but it can take some time to see full effects. Thank you for making me feel so safe and taken care of. Your front of house staff are beautiful as well. Overall a great experience!

I wish to put a compliant in regarding both my treatment and the outcome.
I attended my original appt on Oct 1st and paid $500.00 for 3 areas and was told by the clinician that she was going to put "a little bit in" and I could come back in two weeks for a review where more treatment could be administered if necessary. I went back as I was not happy. I had a couple more mls for which I was told thier would be a charge?? I was not happy about this but paid anyway. It is not even 2 months since my treatment and my forehead is completely wrinkly and worse than when I first went in.
I am deeply dissatisfied with both the outcome and the bedside manner of my clinician. I am requesting a full refund or further treatment at no cost or I will be taking this matter further.

Having moved from interstate and having been a loyal customer to the brand over the years meant nothing at Helensvale, Gold Coast. The blonde bun, medium size girl on reception was rude, humiliating, antagonistic and derogatory. I was treated with disrespect over not having left a $50 dep. I will never go back to laser clinics after yesterday’s experience. The receptionist lost you a loyal client and lots of money. Well done!
