At my age I find it daunting to do important things “ on line” ( I am 85 next month)
Had to wait till I could visit my daughter who helped me. These days there is no other way I suppose. Most people find doing things this way easy.

Repair of my harp
Lark insurance dealt so efficiently and promptly when they had to repair my harp. I was so pleased with the way they dealt with my claim from beginning to end. There appeared to be a technical error…
There appeared to be a technical error recently as I had a letter about renewing my Insurance and I had already renewed it! Not a very confident feeling!

As you hadn't set up your online account before, we sent you the email reminder and printed renewal invitation on the same day to ensure you had your documents in whichever format suited you. You were very prompt in creating your online account and accepting your renewal that Royal Mail's lag meant you still received the printed docs a few days later. Good news is now your set up, that won't happen next year.
