Lark and Larks and their Customer Service were brilliant in helping me order the correct kitchen cupboard front to match those I’d bought from them a few years back. And they were also very helpful with advice about the right sort of handle . Their prices are very competitive as well and the quality of the products I’ve bought is excellent.

I recently ordered some custom made bedroom furniture and I am so impressed with the quality. The pieces are very sturdy and exceptionally well made. The sales team were extremely friendly and helpful, working closely with me to help bring my design ideas to life. I am already planning my next bedroom project and will definitely be using Lark and Larks again.

Lovely quality kitchen units. Slight issue with larger components not arriving with the main cupboards, which wasn't apparent until are fitter noticed. However, they went out of their way to ensure they arrived before our fitter left. Many thanks!

As a previous customer I thought I would return and ask them to do a kitchen design for my new home. I had an intro call with Vic and made it clear I needed to get a design completed in about a week. I gave some ideas, paid the design fee and waited with excitement to see what a professional designer would come up with. Unfortunately it just took so long, I waited 2 weeks and then this first design I got was no better than I could do myself, I asked her to have another attempt and suggested some changes. Again, I had to constantly chase otherwise it was radio silence and by now, almost 3 weeks had passed. Whilst the second design was slightly more inspiring it still lacked any wow factor but I asked for it to be costed. Again, I waited and waited and chased again and eventually after another 2 weeks I got another apology and a costing. By now I had given up as I couldn't spend £20K with a company that just didn't keep its promises so I asked for my design fee to be returned and was told that they wouldn't return it by Elly. I explained why that wasn't reasonable and asked her to escalate this, of course what happens next... more radio silence! Having had more apologies for poor service from Larks and Larks that I could count, how could they take this position. In the end when you plan to spend £000's on a new kitchen you need to trust a supplier and I am afraid Larks and Larks simply failed.

HAVE USED LARK AND LARKS MANY TIMES 3 TIMES IN THE LAST 2 YEARS ALWAYS PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE AND ITEMS WE RECEIVE ARRIVE ON DATE GIVEN AND ALWAYS WELL PACKED I WAS NOT WELL THE DAY OF DELIVERY AND THE DELIVERY TEAM KINDLY CARRIED ALL OF THE ITEMS INTO OUR HOME AS THEY WAS TO HEAVY FOR MY WIFE TO LIFT MANY THANKS AGAIN FOR GREAT SERVICE MANY THANKS LES

I have bought quite a few bedroom cupboard doors from this company, and every one has been absolutely perfect. All pieces are wrapped and packaged in a way that eliminates any damage in transit. The products have always been of an extremely high quality and have also represented excellent value for money. Couldn’t be happier with the service received.

Would highly recommend Lark & Larks & when the opportunity arises again would have no hesitation to use again. After 7 - 8 years from my original order for all new kitchen doors they still had my details & were able to offer a replacement door very quickly with no hassles - replacement was due to my own silly fault of rushing & managing to screw straight through one door !

Found the website difficult so our son got the quote for us. Very easy to transfer and order with our email. Pleasant helpful staff. We were told an approx date for delivery and they were spot on with delivery date.
Beware re on delivery l we chose to off load our drawers ourselves and were glad we had asked our son to come and help as a single driver does not carry goods to the door and they were package in multiple drawers together and were v heavy
Packaging was great and found no damage.
Price was very competitive with same units from other suppliers. We were lucky to find they were in the New Year sale.

I ordered four custom wardrobe doors. When they arrived, one door was damaged due to the utterly careless people at the courier company. (Door must've been dropped on its corner and then dragged along the floor). Several emails and two weeks later I now have a replacement door which whilst the packaging was again damaged, at least the door inside isn't.

However, what I am not pleased about is the request that I, the paying customer, was expected to dispose of the original 1.9m x 0.6m door, like people have the ability to do something with an item of such a size. I had to politely point this out to them and at that point they agreed to come and collect the damaged door. This should not have been the process.

The doors are fine...even though two of them have clear manufacturing defects which clearly the manufacturer's QA didn't care about.

Also...I ordered hinges to go with the doors which were not delivered with the doors. Upon querying this, I was told that "oh, they were out of stock and just arrived yesterday...we'll send them out later today". Wow....such fortuitousness :)

Easy communication and all went as planned. The wardrobe door was in very good condition and good quality.

Good cabinet doors to match existing style and colour. Delivered on the specified date.
Very well packaged on a palllet.

I can't fault them, the staff were extremely supportive and knowledgeable, the units are of an excellent standard and finish, I am likely to use them again.

The doors are perfect, just as in the images on the website, and they fitted perfectly. Very well packaged arriving safely.
My only complaint is with the local delivery partners in the SW, who failed to deliver as promised on two occasions.

Great place for purchasing panels and doors to match existing kitchens to save replacing the whole kitchen. Lots of choice and help to assist with matching up colours , grains etc. The staff are really friendly too. Great to do business with.
