After the complete destruction of my old computer by an electrical surge Darren rescued the data intact and restored it to a miraculously recreated replica of the original but with a very high end up-to-date specification. For expertise and a sincere motivation to oblige; for one-to-one direct support and for the remarkable speed of the turn-around I rate his service as beyond excellent and worthy of the highest possible recommendation.

Returned from holiday to a dead computer! Called Darren, arranged to drop it it in to him straight away. He called later the same day with a diagnosis and solution.
Parts ordered and fitted, ready for collection two days later.
When I picked the computer up, Darren explained exactly what was done, showed me the old parts and took me through changes to the operating system.

Darren is a fantastic and organised repairer, When he was doing my partner's laptop and dealing with a new printer, all done with precision and made the laptop so organised. With my laptop ii needed a larger hard drive and many other things to make my laptop organised and it is fantastic with all my photos in thew right places and my laptop is now so easy to manage. Darren took my old, painfully slow laptop and replaced my hard drive, cleaned out the dust and dirt of 10 years and within 24 hours has given me a laptop that works like new. Superb service and excellent value for money. Would definitely recommend.

Unbelievable service, with everyone else shut over the holiday, rang the number and Darren picked up, dropped the laptop there he told me exactly what was wrong, how much to fix it and how long it would take, literally two days in the Christmas holiday!
Then later that day I got an update text within the repair time and an estimated time the laptop would be ready, 11.00 am the next day.

Darren solved the riddle of why my laptop had no power straight away and carefully. I had tried to solve myself with power cables off amazon, which didn't work, and getting a few minutes with an expert was the right choice. Affordable and reliable. Thank you. Able to get my work done.

I took a completely dead Acer laptop (less than 2 years old) to Darren who quickly got back in touch with my options. None were attractive, sadly. Rather than be without a machine for ages, I decided to buy new... just not another Acer! Darren offered to get my preferred replacement in - and set it up - within a couple of days. The price he quoted was around the same as the online firms who just send a box. I collected my new machine 2 days later, fully updated with all the files transferred too. The old hard hard drive had been transferred to an external box for added memory. A couple of weeks later I had a query about music file transfer to a phone. I popped round to explain my problem and Darren explained an easier way to do it. There is no way PC World or any of the big firms can match Darren for speed, price and service. A big bonus is he answers his phone too.🤣

I had attempted to put together my own pc from the ground up. Though I managed to miss some vital ports, Darren realised what I had done almost instantly and fixed my problem. He then continued to walk me through the setup and help me to get all needed software. Great customer service 👍

A week ago, my computer gave me the blue screen of death, shut itself down and then refused to boot up again. I took it to Darren on Monday and by Tuesday morning got what feels like a brand new computer back. He managed to back up my files and install a new operating system and it is all working perfectly again. Very relieved and very pleased!

What a relief to find someone local who is a mine of information and help on computers. Darren swapped SSD from one laptop (with a broken keyboard) to another, updated all the drivers and fixed back-up for me. All very quickly and at a very reasonable cost. Very many thanks, Darren. I called Darren out because my laptop was very laggy and slow, he was very professional, friendly, and gave me some advice on how to update my laptop, he then took it away, upgraded to an SSD and then came back two days later with my laptop running incredibly fast.
