Wrong print!
Asked for personalisation, didn't get it and got something totally wrong. Asked for a refund, still waiting...I get it, sometimes things take a bit of time, but still can't say I'm happy at all! Print quality generally was pretty good, and pricing was competitive, but doesn't really make up for the fact that the order was just thoroughly wrong.
EDIT: Hours after writing this review, I received a call, wherein the matter was discussed and a refund issued. I appreciate the handling of the matter, and the experience was overall pleasant, but the organisation for which the printing was done for still took a hit due to the misprint, so the overall review score stands. In saying that, given the volume of positive reviews, our experience does seem to be somewhat isolated, which is positive of course.
EDIT2: Renewed to 1 star for using my name in the reply, when I specifically wrote this review as "Anon". I am frankly appalled by this breach of my decision to make an anonymous review. This will be my final edit, and I will not be engaging with this organisation any further on any matter.
