As first time buyers on 0 hour contracts, we were unsure we could get a Morgage but with Alannah and Hannah’s excellent professional help we received a Morgage offer this month. Alannah was our first point of call, she knew exactly which lenders to approach, she made the entire process seamless and stress free. Communication was above and beyond , always prompt responses to my emails and phone calls.

Alannah and Hannah kept us daily at times up to date with everything including their annual leave.

Lansdown have been fantastic throughout with advice on finances and mortgage. Aaron arranged the initial mortgage when we moved house just over a year ago and as it is in 3 parts has booked timely follow up to ensure we get the best possible options when each part is due for renewal. Tom followed up recently with a renewal of one of the parts. Aaron is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced and spent considerable time and research initially setting up a comprehensive plan for the future. Tom followed up and was also efficient and knowledgeable. I will continue to use lansdown in future, their service is exemplary and I trust that they get the best possible options for their customers based on research and sound advice.
