I bought the most expensive backpack on Langly’s website expecting a premium experience. Instead, I ended up paying over €100 extra in customs fees and taxes because Langly completely fails to warn EU customers about import charges.
This is not a minor inconvenience. It’s a serious lack of transparency. A purchase that should have felt exciting quickly turned into stress, paperwork, wasted time, and unnecessary costs. For a so-called premium brand, this is absolutely unacceptable.
Langly should make it crystal clear on their website that customers in the EU will face customs duties. Hiding this information is misleading and disrespectful to anyone trusting their brand.
⚠️ If you are in Spain or anywhere in Europe: think twice before ordering from Langly. The final price you’ll pay is far higher than what you see on their site. I will not trust or recommend this company again.
