I have been contacting Lane health about a serious problem for 3 weeks now, leaving multiple voicemails & emails & NO ONE will answer or return calls or emails, something needs to be done about this company.

Very trustworthy professionals, I have a card and I find their services fast and convenient to deal with online and I would recommend Lane Health.

Outstanding service. I have been using the card for my kids in college in the US and it has been super helpful. The team has been super reactive since my application to the cards.

Lane Health and their Health Spending Card have been a life saver for my family, enabling a relative to get the care he needed without delay and avoiding his condition to worsen. The fact that he could do it without getting into huge debt with high interest rates was a real game changer.

Realized although I activated my card, I needed to make arrangements for autopay.Since I’m not technically proficient, I didn’t think it would be an easy task. I called the toll free Member Services line for help. WOW! The Advocate that handled my call impersonated me - with my permission, of course - so I could see exactly what he was doing and in minutes, the task was complete! Tyler even asked if there was any thing more he could help me with to enjoy the full benefits of my card. Great experience. The way service should be.

So happy that I have this card. It allows me to pay for my immediate healthcare needs and repay with pretax dollars easily. As a result, I end up saving money on my healthcare expenses. This is the smartest way to pay for healthcare.

Its been great to find a healthcare product that helps me use my HSA funds. I like that I can pay larger medical bills with the card and then repay the card with my HSA funds over time. Definitely a game changer for me and my family.

My daughter's orthodontist charges a $25 monthly fee for payments made on braces. I got all my needs met in my answers to my questions. She was really helpful and she took her time it wasn't a rush job.

I received an email for a denial for my glasses. I was not contacted regarding this prior to the denial if more support documentation was required. I have severe issues with communication from this flexible spending company verses the two other ones I have used in the past. If customer service if not a focus, I can see the quality measure scores dropping at this organization.

I wasn't sure I needed another card, but the ability to manage and pay my healthcare bills in one place is a game changer. I can literally swipe and forget because I set up auto pay when I signed up. Now I pay my bills with the card and Lane Health pulls my monthly payments from my HSA account on my due date - it allows me to pay with pre-tax dollars even before I've saved them. Love this product!
