Simply superb- Getting an HMO license is an incredibly stressful process and culminates with a Fire Risk Assessment. Mo was excellent in his knowledge and ability to make sure my properties were HMO compliant.
I have used the company before and will continue to use them again.
Note they are also significantly cheaper than their competitors but often are able to arrange next day appointments.

Landlord Checks did a fire assessment for me yesterday. Was very satisfied with the service. For a starters the quote was half of what I was quoted by another company. They sent someone the very next day. I was very impressed by the assessor, Mohammed who was very experienced 20yrs + He did a thoroughly professional job and was very friendly. The report came immediately the very next day. Tanveer was very responsive to my needs. Overall a wonderful hassle free experience. Thank you.

I am so impressed with this company!
I needed an electrical certificate done straight away and there was work to be carried out before we could get it.
Tan was totally professional, helped me sort my problem out straight away. Went to site carried out the work quickly and efficiently in the timeframe they had agreed. The job was more difficult than first thought but they stayed and completed it with no extra charges.

I have been waiting for the reports of 6 fire risk assessments that were done around the 8th of may this month. I have called more than five times for the reports and every time I have been advised you will have them by end of day. This has not happened and frankly I have lost confidence in the service. Very poor customer service. I will not be using them again and don’t recommend anyone else to use them.
