I love landis and I am very happy with the process. I had Julio as my go to person and he is and was great. Any questions I had I texted him and he responded back quick! I even texted him as lat as 10pm me and my realtor and he responded back no issues and assured us he is there 24/7 . The process was great . At first we lost out on two houses only because It was a little confusion with my jobs so we didn’t have our full amount so we where our bid but once I informed Julio he jumped on it and got everything straighten and we got our correct budget amount. The next house we put a offer on we got it. I am so happy thank you landis. We got our credit to where it needs to be so we are just saving up a little more for the Down payment needed

They are so helpful and work with you to find what you need!!! Definitely enjoy working with them they make it so easy and make you feel very comfortable the whole time. My rep Bre is amazing!

I would highly recommend landis to anyone who is struggling to make their dreams a reality. Who are we kidding, times are tough. Prices are rising and the cost of living is astronomical!! Our landlord gave us 3 weeks notice on selling our home. We had been there for almost 4 years, we have 4 children and a lot of stuff! Needless to say we thought we were staying for a long time, so we were not prepared for all of the expenses that came with buying a home. We happened to find landis on a whim while looking for a new rental property. A Facebook post led us to TK, when I tell you she is the most friendly, kind hearted person I ever met, that would be an understatement. Once getting on board with TK we also got to work with Julio. Julio is so knowledgeable and upfront with all aspects of finance. He helped us budget and get to where we needed to be in our price range. He excelled in customer service skills and overall knowledge. TK and Julio were completely transparent through the entire process and helped us every single step of the way, even into the late hours of the night. John and I could not be more thankful for their teamwork and efforts,

The inspector that was hired to inspect my home did a terrible job. Have of my outlets in my home do not work. It has became my responsibility to fix because the contract has been signed which I feel is bs. Had I known this was a issue I would’ve chose another house.

Working with Landis was a true learning experience!! After navigating through understanding how the program works and clarifying the communication process, the journey was exciting and I was able to see the possibilities ahead. There were definitely times of frustration but the Landis team and my realtors ALWAYS kept me going with their positive, optimistic attitudes and constant encouragement press on to the next.
I started the process in January and we closed on my new home (new build) on April 29th!!!!
My home is beyond what I imagined!!

It was Great working with Andrew here at landis, and I will say they are all about getting you into a house you want. they went out of their way to get me the money needed for our house, and yes our house, this is the first house i am renting but it feels like I am owning it now.

Working with bre at landis has been an awesome experience! The process was super fast and got started looking for a home not long after being accepted! Amanda was on it whenever I found a house I wanted to look at and got us in right away! We now found our dream home and currently moving is right now the day of getting the keys!! Was so easy and the team was awesome at answering any questions I had and responded right away!!! This has been the best decision I have ever made now my family and I have the home we have always wanted and landis (Bre) and Amanda made that happen!! I highly recommend them and if your back and forth on if you should do it! I promise you won't regret it!!!

My experience with Landis was amazing nothing short of amazing. I was skeptical and not optimistic because I ran into so many “no’s” get your credit score up. I received a call from Dan of ICG homes in December, he saw I applied for a mortgage online. After candidly talking with Dan about the rejections, he referred me to Noah & Bre of Landis who got the ball rolling. I had my approval within a week and closed on my home 2/14/22!!! Landis made it possible for what I thought would never happen. Thank you Landis for making my dreams come true.

At first I was a little shaky for me to work with a company I knew nothing about but I did my research and it worked out great, I worked with Bre who was and still in amazing and I greatly appreciate how Determined and dedicated she was to making sure that me and my family found the home of our dreams so thank you again Landis

As a first time home buyer and new to North Carolina it was hard to find a lender who would lend me the amount of money I needed to buy a home without having two years on the job. I knew home prices were going up and I needed to lock in out home price ASAP. Landis fit in the gap perfectly. They secured our home and allow us to rent our future home rather than through away money for another year renting. So great for programs like Landis. They made our dream of home ownership a reality sooner than it would have been on our own.
