In connection with the order placed, one of the lamps is missing the mounting plate, the one with which the lamp is attached to the ceiling.
It should be 12 cm long. and have two black bolts. I am sending you photos of the missing elements - a plank and two pcs. bolts.

Тhe white light does not work.
I turned on the lamp and turned it on according to the instructions.
The colors were changing through the app and when I tried to change the white light color to 6500K - the lamp went out.
I also tried through the different scenes and in working mode it does not light up

Difficult to reach you out. You didn't even ask for my telephone. I was not sure whether the courier can contact me for the delivery.

Never delivered

My orders never arrived. I was never contacted directly but had to reach support over email since the shipping information was quite confusing. I was told that the shipment was returned due to an issue with the package (being broken). Next I ordered the products anew and guess what - after more than a week (and again over email initiated by me) I got the very same lousy explanation. Needless to say I will never even attempt to use their services and I won’t recommend them.

Amazing products but really poor website localization into Bulgarian. Very unnatural language, it's quite bothering. Delivery was fast, products well packaged.

There is no product info like size, etc. on the website. Clients have to guess from the picture.

Information about the shipment is received 5 days ago to the courrier, and the package is still not with me, while I was assured I will have it by 28th or 29th of August. I am going on vacation for 2 weeks on Aig 31st, and if it is not received by then, it should automatically turn back after 7 calendar days of no receipt. Awful shipment process!
