J'ai commandé un lustre de type néon avec encadrement en bois. La pièce en bois est arrivée abîmée et un mois plus tard toujours pas ma pièce. Il faut renvoyer, analyser, rembourser ou recommander. L'erreur est du vendeur mais c'est le client qui trinque.

reclamação n.º 8100182609 Comprei três itens um chegou totalmente destruído estou até á presente data à espera da substituição. Companhia não corresponde ás expectativas.

Comprei uma máquina de café da Tefal que provavelmente é falsificada, pois estragou-se logo, é toda em plástico e não faz nada do que era suposto fazer (sistema anti gotejamento não funciona, as luzes led estragaram-se ao final de 2 meses e não filtra o café).
Pessimo.

Adorei a loja. Têm muitos produtos variados a um preço super competitivo, são certinhos com o tempo e tem uma equipa muito dedicada que telefona sempre de volta caso não consigam atender.
Fui atendida pela Mariana, foi muito prestável a ajudar-me a escolher os candeeiros aqui para casa, esteve sempre em contacto prontamente para responder a todas as minhas perguntas e ainda me ajudou quando tive um problema com um vidro partido, mandaram outro com a sua assistência.
Estava com medo de comprar por não conhecer a loja, mas ainda bem que arrisquei. 5 estrelas

Empresa que tem uma variedade enorme de candeeiros e iluminaçao em geral, itens muito bonitos, de qualidade. Entrega rápida empresa confiável, recomendo vivamente!

I placed the order 24/11/2022. When we received the boxes with the lamps, we didnt open any of the boxes as we werent ready to install them yet, however we could hear broken glass in the 3 boxes which I reported and have still NOT received replacements.

However, 27th Dec 2022 we were ready to install the lights. When we unpacked the lights to put them up yesterday, I was shocked. Not only was the glass broken on the lights as reported, but the broken glass had scratched the frames. Again I sent them an email. I tried to call them and I get a message saying number is not operational.

Notes:

The 3 originally reported broken, the wooden frames (dark brown are equally damaged). It appears as if the broken glass scratched the frame during delivery which we never suspected and therefore didnt realise there was damage.
The latest addition to the damages, is the large lightwood lamp which has a cracked glass. We never realised this until we opened the box to install it. The wooden frame is however in good order as we made sure we checked it.

So in summary:

5421 - they need to replace entirely
5407 - they need to replace entirely
5417 - they need to replace entirely
5411 - they need to replace entirely

I told them in my email I do not want to wait weeks for this matter to be attended to. If necessary, they can reimburse me and I will place the order for the above and they can have the broken stock collected.

Still heard nothing from them!

Im absolutely appalled at the service from this company.

I must add that I ordered from them in 2021 and I was happy with their service which is why I placed the order with them again.

I need some action to be taken

Foi a única empresa que se dispôs a resolver o meu problema.
Precisava de chaminés, venderam-me as chaminés, outros vendiam-me só o candeeiro completo.
Ganharam um cliente.

Péssimo serviço prestado. Encomenda feita a 28/08, produto chegou dia 12/09 danificado e foi pedida a sua troca dia 13/09 e até hoje (20/10) não me foi entreguei qualquer produto e não me é dada nenhuma resposta satisfatória.

Correu tudo bem, dentro do esperado de uma compra online.
O produto não era como anunciado não correspondendo às minhas espectativas, decidi devolver.
Paguei portes e correio registado para a devolução. Já se passaram mais de 3 semanas após terem recebido os produtos e ainda não devolveram o dinheiro.

After receiving damaged light fitting got no response for over a week from customer services. Sent item back and ordered a replacement, which was also damaged. Nearly 2 months on and still have no replacement or refund. Have cost me time, money, client business and business reputation. They could not care less about any of it.
Unprofessional, incompetent, unreliable, dishonest and appalling service. Unbelievable the amount of times I have had to contact them to try and get some kind of customer service.
They claimed that there were no items in stock to send me a replacement, but the item is still for sale on their website. Very dishonest.
If you are looking for light fittings shop elsewhere! Do not waste your time or money with this shambles of a business.

Tive uma experiencia muito positiva. Comprei vários artigos e tudo chegou rápido e impecável. Depois tive que devolver um artigo bastante caro porque não conveio ao lugar para onde estava dedicado. Tive muita assistência da loja em Portugal, consegui enviar de volta para o fabricante e recebi o dinheiro na íntegra. Gostaria deagradecer a Sra. Nogueira pela sua amável ajuda e cooperação. Recomendo esse site/ loja como fiável e profissional.

Recebido producto com um campanula ou abajour partido. Já enviei formulario de reclamação mas não recebi resposta. Já enviei mensagem mas sem resposta. Telefone, há 2 dias que tento ligar e não atendem. Pedido R-96155993.
