Foreign company! They have on their website easy returns, only to contact them and they tell you they will give you 15% off on a horrible piece of merchandise, because “it will be too expensive on international shipping “ and I will have to pay for this piece of crap.

I have a 1 star because I couldn’t give a 0. I ordered a sequin game day shirt from them and it was screen pressed to make it look like sequin. When I tried to return the shipping was $30 for a $38 shirt. Terrible customer service and a scam of a company!

TERRIBLE product!!!! I ordered a UGA dress. It took one month to receive. It was cute, but a toddler could have worn it. Sizing is inaccruate. If you are normally a size 6, order an XL. One of my two items never came though the tracking says my order is complete. BAD!!! Do not order from them!!

Only have one star because zero stars isn’t an option!
Beware of this company!! I ordered this exact dress, took about 3 weeks to receive and I followed the sizing instructions. The dress is about two sizes to small. I asked them if I could get instructions on how to return and they told me if I return the dress, they would charge me $30 to ship! $30 to ship a $46 dress!! Do not buy from this company unless you want to o my receive a few dollars back if you need to return. Sizing on dresses is way off!

SCAM! DO NOT SHOP @ladyboutiquebd ! Though their address is a US address, they require you to make returns to China. They try to scam you continuously via email! Just walk away! I know the pictures are cute, but the products are CRAP!

I never received my merchandise. They refuse to refund my money. Total scam!

I will never ever order from these people again Ordered 14 days ago said delivered today. Well I didn't get it and they won't respond. Said shipped from IL. Yea right. Straight from China. Don't waste your time or money. I woul give zero stars if possible or minus 10.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING. I ordered 4 pieces. All were poor quality. All fit poorly. When return requested, they said, "Before making a return, I suggest you read our return policy. It states that customers are responsible for the returning shipping. To be honest, the international shipping fees are quite expensive." They know exactly what they are doing. Selling counterfeit crappy clothing and sticking it to you.

Worst return policy. You are responsible for mailing it back to China, which is not where it came to me from. $243!!!!! They offered me 10% to keep it.

Wish I had seen these reviews before I placed my order! I paid for expedited shipping, and it’s been 19 days since order was placed. I’m assuming I’ll never receive the items, and I’m going to try to cancel so I will get a refund but likely that I won’t.

Looks like my experience is very similar to others here. Unfortunately.

They only return emails in the middle of the night from an address associated with another company (Sasa) and even though my items shipped from addresses in the United States (I can see them on the shipping label) they are insisting the items be shipped to an address in China that I cannot even get recognized when I try to create a shipping label. I do believe they want to mae it so hard that you keep the crummy merchandise.

Also all the the fabric descriptions as "cotton blend" do not be fooled. There is no cotton in these super cheap materials.

I'm still trying to see if I can mail a package to this Chinese address.

Also, they give an incentive for ordering through PayPal. I now believe that is so you can't challenge the charge on your credit card. My credit card would take care of this. PayPal wont.

Products never shipped. When I reached out to seller they falsely stated that it had shipped.

I ordered over $150 in merchandise (free shipping). I accidentally ordered two of the same top in the same size.
I asked to return three tops (poor quality & poor sizing). They play games offering 15% refund & 10% discount on future purchases. WHY WOULD I EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN!?? They play games and state sending things back to CHINA even though there’s a USA address….GAMES, POOR QUALITY! There are many other websites who do not play games and DO treat their customers with dignity.
RUN, FAST!

Will never order from this company again. Blouse is poor quality. And in order to return you have to pay international shipping to China. No thanks. Lesson learned.

SUPER DISAPPOINTED IN THIS STORE. PAID FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING ON 8.14, but have yet to receive my order, and customer service isn't offering any resolution, they simply keep stating that they can see it is shipped. I should have received it based on their guarantees, on AUGUST 23. BEWARE!!!

Will never order again. I have emailed them twice to send an item back. No response. Lesson learned will never order from them terrible customer service!!!!! They need to be shut down. The blouse looks nothing like the picture it’s cheap made and quality not there.

Awful customer service! They do not give full refunds for faulty products that have never been worn. They make you pay INTERNATIONAL shipping to return!! Their clothes look like things I could’ve sown in the 4th grade. Their shoes broke as I was putting them on for the first time. Zipper fell right off. Their email address doesn’t even work. The email address posted on their website and the one they emailed me with is now shut down.

Terrible clothes, service. Company is in China. No help from paypal. Never again

I ordered a blouse and it doesn’t look like the picture online and the quality is very poor. To make a return I have to pay international shipping. They state that this policy is on their website but it still is a terrible customer service experience and really bad product.
