Totally agree with another reviewer. They take an image and screenprint it onto cheapest quality. I waited three weeks to receive and when I opened the two items, thought it was a joke! They are scamming images from legit places and then sending the most laughable product. Buyer beware. A 20% discount on items you wouldn't be caught dead in, is not satisfactory.

Update: I am changing my review. I got the order a few days after I wrote this and I LOVE my shirt. It looks just like the advertisement! I will order again from them.

This is exactly why I should have done research. I am so disappointed in myself. Bought an item on impulse. It has been a month and they send you tracking fake tracking information that literally says label created not shipped and they will lie and tell you it has shipped. Now I am reading that even if your order is wrong they will do NOTHING about it. Terrible company

This company is an absolute SCAM, do not order anything. I placed an order July 8, and after 3 weeks of waiting and my order still not being shipped, I reached out to the company who told me whoops, we don't have one of your items. They weren't even going to say anything if I hadn't reached out. So, at a discount, they offered to replace the item and I accepted. It is now August 10 and I still haven't received most of my order. The one item I did receive is literally cheap halloween costume quality, not at all as advertised, and when I demanded a refund, the company is saying it will only be refunded when I ship the item back to China at my own cost. Absolutely not. This company is stealing boutique images, charging boutique prices, and then screenprinting the stolen images onto cheaper fabrics, only they aren't smart enough to realize texture can't be screenprinted. They need to be shut down immediately.

The items I purchased were all recieved in the wrong size! The return address in a recycling plant in America, so no returns..unless you want to return to China and pay a fortune. I was offered a 20% refund and keep the clothes. My order was $156. So I’m out that $. This company is an absolute scam! Beware!

Do not order from this company. The dress I received is nothing like what was advertised. The quality is poor. They accept returns, but it is at the customer's expense and would run approx $30 to ship back to China.

Very poor quality clothing. My total invoice was just over $80. Tried to return through UPS, but would have cost me $110 for shipping. Ladyboutiquebd is a scam. Don’t waste your time or money on them. This shouldn’t be legal.

Item was NOT as described. Described item stated cotton blend. Item received was cheap polyester. Fine print states you return to China which is more expensive than original item. This is a SCAM!!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Placed an order , was in stock when order was placed , got 2 emails of being charged , so I was charged twice ! Sent an email to get info , got an email saying the item is out of stock and I could choose something else....
Or have my money refunded. I asked to be refunded, showed the emails of being charged twice ...
And no reply. I will never look at this site ever again . I willcyake whatever legal action I need to to get my money back.

This company sells cheap knock off clothing at inflated prices. The shirt I ordered was a cotton blend according to the website. What I received was a very thin cheap polyester. The shirt was also 4 inches smaller in the bust than the measurements on the size chart on the website. I contacted the seller and the first thing they said was “ it is going to be very expensive for you to send it back so we will give you a 15% discount on your next purchase and you keep the shirt”. I shouldn’t have to pay for the return. Shipping since what I received was not what I ordered. They require you to return the shirt to China.the shipping cost more than I paid for the shirt. It was not shipped to me from
China. They gave me a different address for shipping than they put in my PayPal dispute. When I tried to do a shipping label to see the exact shipping costs. Both of the address they gave comes up as invalid on two different shipping sites. I did a PayPal claim and they won’t refund my money because the seller offered a refund after they receive the shirt back to their fake address in China. The shirt I received has no fabric or care labels inside, which are required for clothing items sold in the united states that claim to be cotton. Lady Boutique BD is a scam company who sends very cheap items and then gets you to keep them by making you pay very expensive shipping to China. Stay away

Don't buy in China can't return unless you pay for shipping to China. Offered a 10% refund

Scam website, trying to dispute with PayPal to get a refund for fraudulent received item.

SCAMMERS… do not order from this company period. As cute and intriguing as their items seems online/facebook. DO not order. I ordered in August, received in September over a month later. 3 out of 5 items were not the right size and spent $60 to return and never have refunded. PayPal won’t work with you because by the time you file a claim it’s over the 180 day window. Stay away!

Don't order from this website. Took a month for me to receive my order. I could not use it because it was passed holiday season and I could not return it. Bad customer service, bad quality. Stay away from this site Ladyboutiquebd

Received boots but different than pictured. Material was not good quality. I planned to Return but the return address was China! Shipping cost almost the same as boots. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered $179 worth of holiday items on November 18th to wear during the season. Like others here, by late December nothing had happened and the package wasn’t moving. On December 27 the tracking showed as delivered. When I went down to receive it, there was a package that the front desk said had arrived but not from this company. Because tracking showed it was delivered, PayPal sided with these scammers. I’m out everything. They were even out of stock in one blouse and promised a refund but never gave one. This is a horrible lesson to learn but please stay away from this company and don’t use PayPal. They will not protect you from these scammers.

Will never order from this company again. Ordered on 11/27/2023 and still have not received the package. After inquiring they said two of the items were not available and are suppose to refund me..,,we shall see. I now see that I was to receive a free pair of earrings that I am now being charged $12.99 for.

Really wish I had done research on this company before ordering. Ordered on December 8 with expedited shipping (5-7 business days. It is now December 23 and so called package is YET sitting in Jamaica NY awaiting to be delivered to shipper USPS. I am so mad and disappointed. They just flat out lie consistently. I’ve emailed twice and only response is the packages have shipped. After reading these reviews I’m now scared items are going to be horrible and not even fit IF I EVEN GET THEM.

I ordered 3 items and none fit. I enquired about returning them and they said you have to send back to China even though they shipped from California. The shipping was going to be more than the items cost.
The quality was very poor.

I bought an item online. It took over a month to arrive. When it did arrive it was the wrong color, had a white panel that wasn’t in photos and was literally falling apart. They are refusing to refund me unless I ship to China although it shipped from New York. Shipping to China would cost as much as I paid.
