10/10 New Favourite Business
This is now officially my favourite business to, well, do business with.
First and foremost, the products are fantastic, and I cannot wait to own every single amazing product they have produced.
The battery base lasts long enough, and charges quickly, and is JUST what is needed.
Furthermore, their repair and recycle scheme is fantastic - every single company should look to LNW as an example. I've had to use it, and whilst my product was not repairable, they were able to recycle it for me!
The customer service is incredible - let me put it this way; whoever runs the customer service needs to run the government. Quick, efficient, and customer-centered.
I truly am a customer for life now.

One of our favorite toys.
We (husband and wife) purchased this toy at a local store and we absolutely love it. The size and choices of attachments are great. The build quality is fantastic and not having to worry about which type of lube is a plus as the newer versions are silicon lube friendly. So far we have 3 different attachments and are planing on getting one more. Pretty sure we will get a second base too. Oh and almost forgot, it is amazingly quiet too. The only thing I think could make it better would be a USB C charging port. That is what I call a first world problem. Overall, this toy is worth every penny for its quality and versatility.

I struggle with pelvic pain
I struggle with pelvic pain, so I had low expectations. But being able to use a silicone lube with a silicone toy made things tremendously easier. Would definitely recommend to those with endometriosis, vulvodynia, or vaginismus.

I purchase this unit for use by my wife…
I purchase this unit for use by my wife for clitoral stimulation to achieve a climax. I purchased it based on several criteria including appearance of quality, assurances that the vibrations were strong and other reviews. What I found on receiving the unit was that the quality of construction and materials met my expectations; however, it was a little smaller than the pictures led me to think it was. Further, the power at the lowest frequency setting was not as strong as I expected. I had asked the company how it compared to the Hitachi Magic Wand (my wife's favorite) and was told that they never compared the two but that their testing showed it was strong enough.
However, after multiple attempts by my wife, she gave up in frustration saying it was not strong enough at the low setting and she does not care for the higher frequency settings. The las thing you need to know is that once unwrapped there are no returns.
