Kiki is like actually super helpful and knowledgeable with the college admissions. Communication has been pretty open and she is easy to reach and responds fast. Definitely helped a lot with navigating through every aspect of the college admissions process. Also you can tell that she actually cares.

I have been given lots of good advice and offered opportunities. My counselor Jigisha gives lots of specific and helpful guidance. What's really helpful to me is that she gives a short specific list of goals to look into/get done by our next meeting and keeps in touch with me so I can make progress.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Kyros.ai, especially with their support for the Congressional Award program.

Based on our experience, many of the commitments and promises made to us were simply not fulfilled. We relied on what we were told when we signed up, but the actual service was very different from what we expected.

The management and communication also seemed very disorganized. We received promises and assurances, but when it came time for those commitments to be carried out, we were repeatedly disappointed.

This is particularly frustrating with the Congressional Award program because students invest a significant amount of time and effort working toward their goals. Parents need accurate information, consistent guidance, and dependable follow-through. Unfortunately, that was not our experience with Kyros.

My advice to other parents is: do not rely on verbal promises. Get every commitment in writing before you pay, and independently verify any guidance related to the Congressional Award directly with the official program.

I regret trusting the promises that were made to us. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Kyros.ai.

Hanna Ma is our college counselor. We are so fortunate to have her guidance in our college application process. She is thorough and experienced, reading all of her students' papers and give very insightful suggestions. She is always patient and encouraging, and provided solutions that were able to satisfy both student and my parents when they had disagreements. Our monthly meeting is very productive and make students have a strive to move forward.

Jigisha is a really knowledgeable SSM. She has been approachable and forthcoming in helping and guiding our son.

This experience helped me navigate the vast process of applying to college. Having a community that supported me during this helped me narrow down what I should do.

The thing I love about Kyros is that the staff are always supportive and welcoming. Despite I sometimes would mess up or forget time (which I know I shouldn’t), they always trying to help me to better plan for the future.
On another note. The amount of resources Kyros provides is HUGE. I can literally find anything I need. And the student service is always there to answer questions whenever I need them.

The Kyros resources are very well organized, making it easy to find a college for admission. Their essential programs are also very informative for families new to the college application process.

My daughter had a session with Jill from Kyros, and it was a very positive experience. Jill took the time to understand her academic background, interests in the pre-med pathway, and her research experience, and provided clear and thoughtful guidance.

What stood out to me was how practical and structured her advice was. She suggested specific ways my daughter can strengthen her profile, such as participating in science competitions, developing her research further, and creating a meaningful community-based project. She also explained the pre-med pathway in a way that made it much less overwhelming, especially around choosing a college major.

Jill also shared a wide range of helpful resources for SAT and AP preparation, which gave my daughter a clearer sense of direction moving forward.

Overall, the session was very informative and encouraging. I would highly recommend Kyros to other families looking for guidance on college planning and helping their children build a strong academic path.

My experience with KYROS has been extremely helpful. Throughout 1:1 meetings, Ms. Hannah provided very practical suggestions on major/course selections, extracurriculars, and SAT study plans. She also shared well-organized documents of academic plans and answered questions insightfully. This allowed me to better understand my future goals as well as how to achieve them.
