PATHETIC!!!

Trusted this company and Kenadi the owner… She was amazing at first.

Then blatantly ignored me and my messages for 4 straight months… AWFUL.

I recommended her and this company to many people, and she let every single one of us down!

HORRIBLE!!!

This company is a scam. Placed an order, never received tracking info despite paying for 2 day shipping at the demand of the owner, and now they are refusing to respond or issue a refund. If you want to lose your money and get off track from your goals while you wait for product to never come, go with them!

I still have not received my product despite stating it would receive the product on July 21. Verry disappointing.

Fast shipping wonderful products plus good communication

I’ve ordered from this company several times. The first couple times I received my order promptly and received order confirmation. The last two times I have placed an order there has been issues with whether payment was received and this time I’m not even sure I will receive my product. The communication is awful, I have sent so many emails, texts, calls. I’ve attempted to communicate via phone, what’s app, email and text and got one response that my product was shipped on Thursday and I can follow the tracking information from my email confirmation. There was no email confirmation sent with my purchase. However, my credit card was certainly charged. The email also stated “ we were on vacation”. Well then someone needs to be replying to your customers. I also went on the website immediately after purchasing and the product is “ out of stock” so I’m assuming I will not receive this. I will no longer purchasing from this company, this isn’t how you run a business.

I was unsure if they received my payment in order because my phone or the website seemed to glitch when it was processing. I reached out to the sellers and they replied promptly. I received my product within a couple of days. Products seem to be very safe and effective.

Not usually one to leave reviews but felt this one was deserved. Had a pretty lengthy back and forth with Alex before even placing my first order — I had a ton of questions and wasn't ready to just hand my money over to another sketchy supplier. Alex was patient, answered everything thoroughly and never once made me feel like I was being pushed into a sale. That alone told me a lot about how this company operates. Placed my order, arrived fast, CoAs were clean and matched exactly what I was looking for. GHK-Cu quality was noticeably better than what I had been getting elsewhere. I've since referred three people to K&X Labs and all of them have come back to thank me for the recommendation. If you're on the fence, just reach out to them directly. The people behind this company are the real deal.

The purity certificates are thorough and actually come from third-party labs — not just in-house testing. Shipping was faster than expected, and everything arrived well-packaged. Customer service answered my questions quickly and knowledgeably. Will absolutely be a repeat customer.

No communication on this particular order, and took a week to ship out. I attempted to cancel part of my order and the seller never responded to the multiple emails sent via both sellers business email and social media.
