I needed to refill/reorder my prescription for tadalafil which require an audio yearly consult. Was able to make appointment same day after my initial order, very simple and straight forward. Brian asked me some questions regarding my health, reviewed my past medications, and verified that I was not having any problems taking tadalafil. Very easy and quick.

I still haven’t received my shipment and have not received any response from an email inquiring about the shipment.

Great customer service when there is a problem

I re-ordered and, as usual, the process was crisp, and the shipment arrived quickly in due course. Happy with the service.

The service and website were great and the pricing is fair with the sale price…. But for some reason I no longer get shipping or delivery confirmations from kwikmed and that is usually a problem!
I am normally called by the FedEx print location or kwikmed telling me they are about to send product back if I don’t pick it up. I’ve checked spam and email both and never receive confirm of shipping.

KwikMed is fast and easy to use. Packaging is discreet and I never have to worry about my order. Hands down worth the money for ease of use and value.

Tony who seems to be running the customer service department on his own never replies to messages left on the site. This august I have left 6 messages and received zero response. When things go wrong, as they have before, it’s impossible to contact this company. The telephone no they list on their site under “contact us” is unobtainable

Just received a reply to my review above from Kwikmed. They suggest calling them on 877 594 5733 - but you cant get through! to anyone or an ansaphone. I dont think its a proper number tbh 🤷‍♀️

Without this pharmacy I wouldn’t have been able to get the meds I need. The customer service is awesome and the delivery didn’t take time...They are so on point!

This is a scam, there is no prices they expect you to fill out a profile before telling you they charge 5x more than if you just go to the Dr office. On top of that , they also had the worst quality by far.

The process was professional, & seamless ... the CSRs were very helpful. My Rx arrived on the date promised. Kwik Med is a top of the line company !!
