Just horrible experience. I don't even want to waste words for this.

Had to have a tyre replaced at Epsom
Kwikfit on 14th March 2024 due to puncture (and cracked tyre). The service was professional and efficient and we were on our way within one hour. Thanks also to member of staff who gave us directions to the M25 junction 8, thus avoiding long queues at J10, as we were returning home to Leicestershire. Excelled expectations!

Brian is brilliant. They fixed my car so quickly, friendly and brilliant service.
Would definitely reccomend!!!

Went to Chichester Kwik Fit with a puncture which I found as I was starting my home visits ( I am a GP) - drove in to the bay and 15 minutes later I was driving to my patients - what service and they waived a fee as I was a NHS GP - thank you all.

Went this morning to fix puncture tyre. At Lincoln branch Josh and Eden were really helpful and fix the tyre without fuss and quick. Will use this service again. Thank you. Rita

Were helpful and got me squeezed in but felt the price was quite expensive.

What a terrible experience at the Welwyn Branch, i was absolutely horrified with how i was greeted. I pulled up to branch with a flat tyre to get told we cant look at that today we are so busy. i explained i could not drive the car, there was no offer of help to even put air in it or look at it just we are to busy go round the corner.
i was also soaking wet and the staff found it funny to laugh at me. what horrible people i will never return

Used to be good, but not now. No longer quick a week to repair a puncher

Kwikfit consett .Took my car in for brake check 15 months after they fit new disks and pads all round told me disks pads and callipers needed changing to the cost of £780 I refused to pay that after 15 months earlier paying £500 took my car to another local garage they said your pads are a bit worn nothing wrong with disks or calipers should we just put some pads in yes I said £78 they charged me kwikfit guarantee brake pads for however long you own the car they wouldn’t even put parts on to top it off the parts used on my car were the cheapest budget parts you can buy wouldn’t use them ever again

Quickfit Uxbridge are brilliant!
I had not noticed how bad my tyres were & popped in to have the front two changed, as they were awful!
The team could not have been more helpful & friendly & when I saw that I needed all 4 changed over (I cannot believe that I had not noticed how bad they were!), they even gave me a discount to soften the blow.
This, coupled with the speed & efficiency that they changed over my tyres with, will make me get my next tyres from them.
Great job, great team.

Recently moved to Bicester and have used the local branch a couple of times. We have 2 cars, mine is an old MK1 TT, and when I was looking for somewhere to take it, many people online advised me not to use kwickfit for my car. I couldn't afford to use Audi, & so took it the first time with hesitation.
I was told I needed a new rad, & my OH told me to take it home first, as he wanted to look at the pipes as was convinced it wasn't necessary, and was fully aware that certain jobs, including new rads, are a quick money maker (his words) for garages.
I did need a new rad, and since have also had new disks & pads. Today I'm getting the water pump & belt done, which are long overdue, & all I can say is, so far I personally cannot fault Marty, Steve & the team there. I am between jobs & have not been well, so my car is my lifeline at the mo, as its my only way of getting to hospital appointments & to see my kids. I had been initially told online that if I wanted things like a Haldex service or a full vag com done, along with reputable work, to go elsewhere, however so far not only have they been able to do what I need doing, but they are very efficient, friendly & will continue to trust them with my car.

Newmarket branch
Phoned my lease company about new tyres and was given my tyre size and tranfered kwick fit Newmarket to check if tyres in stock. Was told they need ordering in and given appointment for Saturday 10.00
Turned up Saturday and no one around on the counter. Waited 15 mins and someone a hoodie dived on to the counter before running out again.
I had to call out to get attention. They said I was not booked in although the tyres were there now in stock. They said they were really busy and as I didn't have an appointment I would have to wait to be slotted in. I work as engineer and have my customers to see and dont have the time to wait. Another customer came in with her appointment, they had no acknowledgment of hers either. Everyone waiting in the waiting room shaking their heads oh no. I left this branch never to return again. My experience with kwick fit Uxbridge in the past was one completely different as they have it together there and acknowledge their customers.

Went to an empty branch on Christmas Eve, 2 hours before closing, to be told they were busy and could I come back 3 days later. Then told they were busy and did I have an appointment. As I didn't, I was sent away again, without an appointment. RAC had to put my spare wheel on. If my car was not on Motability I'd go elsewhere.

Great guys at the Oldham branch, friendly and efficient. A great experience

Kwickfit Chichester - wonderful service. Tyre pressure warning light kept coming on - Kwickfit guys had the car being checkd inside 5 minutes, diagnosed the problem, sorted it and had me on my way inside a quarter of an hour - and didn't charge me as they hadn't made any repairs! great people, so helpful - cannot speak highly enough of their friendliness and professionalism.

Unprofessional company.
I booked 2 tyres online to be fitted at home and accepted the 8.30 to 8.30 time slot 5 days later as it seemed OK as I would be home all day, no one turned up after I waited in all day. No call was received from the fitter to tell me he couldn’t make it and no other correspondence what so ever.
I spoke to the customer care phone line the next morning and got told that the fitter had an issue with the previous job before mine, he obviously also had an issue with his phone or he couldn’t be bothered to take 30 seconds of his day to call and inform a customer of his situation. Had he done so I would have rebooked.
They offered to put me through to the branch to reschedule but I cancelled the job and asked for a refund.
My wife had possibly dangerous tyres on her vehicle and they didn’t seem to care at all, we have now booked with a local company at a higher cost but a far superior customer experience.
Disgraceful waste of time and a smear on Kwickfit reputation.
I will never use or recommend kwickfit again.

Attended the Epsom branch of KwikFit due to a leaking tyre valve. This is the second time I've had this work done at Epsom KwikFit, they have also fitted tyres for me on this car and my previous one. The team at Epsom are honestly fantastic. In the past, at other branches, I've not had such a good experience, but the Epsom team have totally changed my opinion of the brand and are an absolute credit to the company. They are always happy to help, accommodating, friendly and professional and will always go the extra mile for you. They explain what needs to be done and why, giving practical and honest advice. If you live in Surrey, I'd highly recommend the Epsom branch! Thanks so much - will definitely be back and recommend to friends / family. I hope their Head Office can give some recognition to this fantastic team.

This team at Dumfries - Laurieknowe Place are heros, what an amazing customer experience I was stranded 100 miles from home with my disabled daughter, the guys really helped me they were fantastic. Even though it was closing time they went and got me a tyre from another kwik fit centre, repaired my tyre balanced my wheels placed my spare neatly away all done with in 10 minutes. Now that is service thank you so very much I dont know what I would have done with out you all. Thank you, so helpful friendly and they really went out their way to help me forever grateful Mrs Kelly

Local business man approached kwik fit ,on Sunday with an emergency problem with tyre , but was told couldn’t help & to come back Tuesday , meaning in their way no can’t , knowing ! I would have had this done attended to first thing Monday morning ,I would just like people to know unless they can get your car on ramps & spending mega bucks can’t & won’t help you , thought in these bad times business help each other , but not kwik fit
