Makes a huge difference
The product I use is to ease the pain from arthritis in various parts of my body. It makes a huge difference and I am not only very active in my garden and walking every day but I can do both without pain and stiffness. I dread to think what I’d be like without the daily dose of liquid Curcumin - and the liquid is certainly very relevant because capsules did not work

I’m into my third week and as yet…
I’m into my third week and as yet haven’t felt any improvement.. I do realise that this product probably has a cumulative effect but was hoping for a glimmer of improvement.

Some people double the dose to 12 pumps when they are under specific challenges.
Everyone is completely unique with different levels of pain, inflammation and they also lead completely different lifestyles. This is why it's difficult for us to give a one size fits all answer when it comes to dosage.
If your health concerns are more serious or you're not feeling the effects then we do advise you to up the dose because curcumin needs to be built up in your system when you first start taking it. Doctors call this a Loading Dose. From our experience with customer feedback, this loading dose can range from 6-12 pumps, again depending on what you're taking it for. The good news is that once your body starts showing the benefits, you can drop down to a Maintenance Dose which also ranges from 3-6 pumps.
I recommend that you experiment a little more with the dosage knowing that if you do up the dose and still feel no benefit at all we offer a 60-day money-back guarantee.

Magic in a bottle
After reading about curcumin on Instagram I ordered three bottles.I had been taking turmeric with Acv every morning.
My joints hurt especially my knees at the age of 67. I am active person and love my daily workouts but kneeling on hard surfaces was next to impossible! Three weeks in and I can kneel with complete ease!!! Incredibly good product which I have already told my family and friends about. I will keep ordering these and will look into the rest of the range. Amazing!!

It works for me! I’ve been using it for about a month, three squirts in my coffee, twice daily. I’m now on my second bottle and have bought more. I’ve had sciatica for years, and I’ve got arthritis in my back, hands and feet. It’s really made a difference, particularly with my back pain.

New taste
It's not a unpleasant taste, just takes time to get use to it. I am not sure if taking it once a day is the right thing but that's what I do. Time will tell if it helps me.

You can take the Vitality in different ways. Here are some tips from our team:
1. You don’t need to take the full dose in one sitting. If it’s too strong you can dilute- fewer pumps and create 2 drinks per day! This will make the taste less intense.
2. Added to Sparkling water with the juice of 1/2 a lime makes a deliciously refreshing drink.
3. Adding to a lightly sweetened non-dairy milk takes the edge off the intensity. Turns it into a nice creamy drink - like Turmeric latte.
Curcumin takes a while to build up in your bloodstream so the most important thing is that you take it daily to see results. Some people double the dose when they are under specific challenges.
