Delivered as promised for the price offered. The one drawback, was a four day wait for a code that they had to be reminded about. Which showed up within the hour after mentioning it in an email.

The idea is excellent, the execution could use some work. I had to wait nearly 2 weeks for my code, when emails Kumbaso was a little terse so needs to learn to be diplomatic.

I ordered Brave New World from Kumbaso because it had a great price. I didn't get the game right away, as is the usual fair for digital downloads, instead, my game arrived a few days later. At first, I was a little worried that I got scammed but I contacted their support and they replied in a very timely manner.

The game itself was actually directly gifted to my steam account from Kumbasso which actually was very convenient. Overall, I'm a satisfied customer and I would order from them again because their prices are great.

This place works. It's not ideal yet but it's getting there.
After 72 hours without 'Brave New World' I read all the bad reviews and assumed I'd been ripped off. Turns out that it had been gifted to my wife's PayPal email instead of to my account.
Got in touch, sorted in under an hour.
If you want a foolproof system then pay the extra through Steam or Amazon. Me, I'll stick with Kumbaso.

I bought the Brave New World expansion as a gift for my fiance, and Kumbaso sent it a couple days later (after a few messages letting me know it'll be sent soon). Look I understand that it wasn't going to be sent instantly; there's actually a guy running the site. If you want a sale, sometimes you have to stand in line. Otherwise, you can always pay full price on Amazon/Steam unless it happens to be on sale.

Kumbaso communicated with me with every question I had, delivered what was promised, and everything is legit. Will definitely buy again.

Oh for the naysayers...it helps to read directions and patience is a universal virtue ;)

Purchased Civ5 Brave New World as a Steam gift, received nothing but an email containing a link to download a text file with one line "your purchase will be emailed later".

Later I sent two emails to the company to check the status, no replies! I tried to search for a phone number, nothing!

Seriously, is this company a scam?

Took over a week to receive my game code which is a bit to slow for me. When code was delivered it worked fine with no problems.

I don't understand where the bad reviews are coming from, there are instructions on how to install each game, you also must make sure the e-mail you buy your game with is linked to your steam account (Common sense) if you're purchasing the game that comes as a gift.

I got the games I ordered at bargain prices and I'm one hundred percent satisfied with my items, The only thing that was upsetting is that it took a fairly long time to get the games (4 days) and the instructions for receiving the games is slightly convoluted due to the fact that the way you download the games depends on what game you're buying. For example some games require a Russian VPN.

The order time was not completely the owner's fault as the items were out of stock and I ordered on a Friday before a national Holiday in the owner's country. I asked why I hadn't received the games and he informed me in a timely manner.

I will buy from Kumbaso again!

OK I was skeptical at first but I looked up some reviews and all were positive so I went for it.

In less than 15 minutes I had 2 keys! I logged onto steam and bam had my game.

I accidentally purchased 2 keys and I couldn't think of anyone to give the second key to so I emailed them back telling them what happened. He immediately sold the other key and refunded me the money the very next day!

Keep in mind it's always a chance they key is from another country that's how they sell it so cheap, but I believe based on my experience with them that they are straight up!

I will purchase again from Kumbaso.com. I was sent three emails and the final one contained the activation code and instructions on how to activate the product over the VPN connection. Fantastic service!!!

Activation key came within the time that they stated (48 hours) typed code in and it worked perfectly, no problems at all, would definitely recommend and use again

The product key arrived when schedule. The game it’s awesome (C.O.D Black Ops). It’s a lil tricky to install it and activate it. It turns out you have to download the game using a torrent client (I used uTorrent), after that, you have to connect to a server that they send you with the key so you can activate the game using Steam client. If you are not connected to the server they sent, the game won’t activate on Steam, giving you the error that the game” it’s not available in your country”. The good thing is that the also provide instructions. Overall, I think its great cause I saved over 60% of my retail store, the key arrived on schedule, and the game work perfect.

activation key came quickly - about 16 hours after payment (it does say it may take upto 36 hours, so relatively...)

Followed the instructions and after a lengthy download, I was playing bf3.

I paid. They delivered within one day. I followed their directions and it worked. They kept their promises. Pure awesomeness for half price. Give it a try. You might like it.

-2 stars only because of the wait on delivery. The game was very, very cheap and worked fine through Steam (need a VPN though). Could be fast on delivery as it took two days for the key which is "meh" for a digital game download. Similar shops took only a day at most, a couple hours at least.

I might order again.
