My name is Deja, and unfortunately my experience with this company has been extremely frustrating.

I started a membership on September 9, 2024, which was supposed to be a 3-month contract. I was clearly told that after the three months ended, my card would no longer be charged. However, that never happened. I have continued to be charged for over a year for a service I do not use.

During that time, none of the promised review removals were completed, which was the primary reason I signed up in the first place.

I have reached out to customer service multiple times, and each time I was told the issue would be resolved. Unfortunately, nothing was ever done. Instead of issuing a refund for the many unauthorized charges, a team member decided to “upgrade” me to a free White Glove membership (which I was told is a higher tier service). However, this has made no difference because I’m still experiencing the same problems:
• Lack of communication
• Broken promises
• Continued charges to my card

At this point, it is March 13, 2026, and I am still being charged for a service I neither use nor agreed to continue.

I tried to avoid disputing the charges with my bank because it is time-consuming and tedious, but unfortunately it seems like that will now be my only option.

I strongly recommend that other business owners be cautious before working with this company. From my experience, they appear professional at first, but the follow-through and billing practices have been extremely concerning. As a small business owner myself, I find it unacceptable for companies to operate this way and take advantage of other businesses.

Total scam

We paid for three different business four months in a row. We did not receive anything. Luke Shepard promised us refunds. He promised to make it right and insisted that they had been processed. We would get one refund out of the 10 he promised. When I reach out again, he feigns innocent offering empty promises and stringing us along for months. Do not trust these people.

The process of onboarding was simple. It only took a few minutes to set up SMS and email campaigns and results started coming in right away.

Their follow-up reminders worked because they got customers who normally wouldn’t leave a review to do so. It’s helped us get better ratings on average.

Kudo Reviews helped us get more attention online in our local market. Our monthly reports show that we have more reviews and better review scores, which has made customers trust us more.

Kudoz Reviews said over 4 months ago that they could get a fake negative review removed very easily. They kept telling me it was being worked on and nothing has changed. You can't get a hold of anyone at the company. They never answer the phone, the voicemail box is full. I feel like this company is a complete scam. Don't waste your time.

The dashboard is easy to use, and we can see reviews from many sites without having to log in to each one. Our reputation has improved because we respond to customers quickly.

We were having trouble getting the same reviews on all platforms. We put QR codes at the checkout with Kudoz Reviews, and the reminder emails got a lot more responses than before.

It was easy to get started with the on boarding process. It only took a few minutes to set up SMS and email campaigns, and results started coming in right away.

It was much easier to get online reviews with Kudoz reviews. Our google rating has been going up steadily since we started sending automated SMS invitations to customers to leave feedback right after service.

The smart routing feature makes sure that positive feedback gets posted where it will have the most effect. We get negative comments in private so we can deal with them first.

Stay away from them!!!
They will rip you off with your money and scam you

I absolutely loved working with Kudoz, I had a great experience and would highly recommend!

They were very responsive and quick to return calls and help me through everything. I have seen the positive reviews coming in and have seen it help my business already! It was definitely the right choice for me.
