i really used to like coming here in 2022, however it’s not an entirely enjoyable experience anymore.
most of the time the staff don’t really want to deal with you, they often have an annoyed demeanour about them - as if you’re bothering them by being a customer.
i want for an interview for a job here in december 2023 however, because i didn’t know every single thing about every group, i didn’t get the job.
recently they installed a massive photo booth in the store which they had to take an aisle of merchandise out to fit it in there, resulting in the store feeling empty. the photo booth also costs £8 to use as a minimum.
as many other reviews have stated, the staff have biases towards groups (nothing wrong with that) which they make very known on social media.
one thing i can appreciate is they saw the criticism about prices and i have noticed some albums have been reduced in price.
i really do hope changes get made soon as this is the closest kpop shop to me and i did use to enjoy going there.

I will definitely order from here again! Well packaged and always arrives safely. A lot of the time my mum buys from here for me at Christmas and birthdays and there is never anything wrong! There was an album I ordered that wasn’t in stock due to no more printing but they contacted me and gave me options around this and were lovely people to communicate with

i ordered a le ssera and skz album, they both came rlly well packaged (i could barely get them out lol) and some sleeves. everything was great and they came fairly quick considering i ordered on christmas day!! thank you sm i will def be ordering again! <3

Ordered at midnight on Boxing Day (26th) and came on the 29th. It was second class tracked delivery so I wasn’t expecting it so soon. Was also wrapped very well inside with no damage to anything. Will definitely order again.

I’ve been to the shop in person throughout the years and ordered online and both have delivered amzing customer service and are always so kind and happy to help! They always make sure to package well and deliver quickly!

I found KSTARS through their social media and decided to give them a go as I’m always buying CDS! They really did not disappoint. Fast delivery, excellent customer service and lovely staff, well packaged…I couldn’t have asked for anything more from them really. They’re definitely my go to when I’m wanting to order anything kpop, I definitely recommend!!

Quick delivery. Great range of products. Spoke to a staff members via email about a stock inquiry and they responded almost immediately and were super friendly and helpful.

I made a large order online through their shop and I was extremely pleased with the fast delivery time and overall packing of the order. I had an album that was very well secured with bubble wrap and came completely intact no damage at all. I also had some photocards and a poster along side this which again were packaged within protective sleeves and cardboard to keep the poster flat and safe. Amongst my order came some super cute Ateez freebies which I was really happy with. Would love to visit the store one day in person as it looks great on Instagram and the staff seem lovely. 10/10 business and I highly recommend the shop for any kpop needs as they are super reliable whenever i need to order. I recently ordered from K Stars and was very impressed with their packaging and shipping. My order arrived quickly and was packaged very securely. I would definitely recommend them to others!

My favourite shop and the reason for my poverty! They have so much choice I always go in for one thing and end up with a bag full. I visited yesterday to complete my gidle album collection and I got some photocards. The girl who served me was really nice and talkative but I didn’t get her name. They had all the albums I needed and lots of yeji cards. I think I might have gone at a bad time for gidle cards but I still got everything I wanted! I will be back again in a few weeks! Thank you for always providing an amazing experience :)
