Products not sent even after various complaints
On the 4th of january 2026, I made an order that arrived incomplete. The box with the products was in really bad shape and two products were missing : Fraijour Yuzu Honey Lip Sleeping Mask and Needly Youth Core Eye Cream.
Contacted them explaining the problem and was quickly informed that it had been an incident with the delievery company and was reassured that the two products would be sent again.
Weeks go by and nothing.... I contact again asking about it, which I'm told that one of the products is out of stock and that is the reason why they weren't sent. Ok.
More weeks go by .... I contact again complaining especially for the lack of news about the delievery ...and I'm given the same reason.... Saying that as soon as they have the products they will send them.
At this point I gave up sending e-mails asking about it.
It's the end of April and I still don't have the products nor have I been contacted. Went to the website to check a few days ago and saw the products were in stock, so they clearely just forgot about it, which I'm not happy about.
I have made a lot of orders from them before and never had a problem so I'm really disappointed with this situation.
Just so you know I won't be byuing anything from you again.
