I bought a 1/4 beef and was able to call in my own order to the locker plant, who were explained my options very well. I received exactly what I ordered! The meat quality is excellent and I will certainly be a return customer!

If you’ve been wondering if you should buy local meat in bulk, stop thinking about it and just do it! You’ll be so happy you did!
Krogmans meats is exceptional quality at a fraction of the cost of buying less than quality meat at a grocery store. This was our first half hog from them and we are very happy with the quality and taste, and we actually have more meat than we anticipated. I am so happy they butcher with AJ’s Lena Maid Meats, they are one of the very best and cleanest processors around as well as some of the best brat, bacon & sausage recipes!
