Kristin Ess shampoo and conditioner caused severe silicone buildup and my hair fell out in clumps. I’ve never experienced damage like this from a hair product before. I honestly don’t know how they are allowed to sell this product and all the positive reviews on Chemist Warehouse are collected as part of promotions. They are not genuine experiences. The product seems OK at first, but that’s the trick! Once you go through your first bottle you’re on your way to laminated, sticky and damaged hair. Beware

My score is based on customer service. I reached out to the warranty department via email. I received an automated response they will review it in four days. Can’t imagine why it would take that long when bigger companies respond right away. I sent two emails since then asking for a response. Yes.. one was before the four days and the second one was after the fourth business day. A simple response stating they are reviewing the warranty claim would have been okay.
The product itself works great on my hair. The curling iron turns off non stop after I purchased it one year ago.

Products are amazing! And the customer service (Lila) is top notch, they will help you quickly and efficiently, even going out of their way to make sure you are a happy customer!

Also, the actual founder/owner//hair saviour/Kristin Ess will answer to you personally most of the times, whether it's to give info on products or to help fix an issue you had with a product.
