My little one absolutely adores his bike! He loves to turn on his little headlight and ride all around the house.
This company is family friendly. They were quick to help with any concerns without hesitation!

My son received a new tricycle from Grandpa for Christmas last year, but there was an issue with the pedal that wouldn't propel forward on one side. I put off contacting support for so long just thinking of the proof of purchase that I might need and the hassle it might take requesting for help. I WAS WRONG. I emailed Kriddo support on a Friday and they got back to me that same evening! Kriddo support assured me they would send replacement parts and expedite the shipping so we could have the bike fixed right away. The parts arrived the following Monday and I was able to easily replace the pedal brackets and pedals with NO TOOLS at all. AMAZING!! I'm so happy with my experience I feel so inclined to leave a review. I highly recommend all Kriddo products for the quality and service. Thank you!!

We had to get in touch with this Company, due to a broken Part of the tricycle. But no fault from Kriddo. The was Support was amazing. They helped us out with an great solution. A very great Company with an great Customer Service.

We received our balance bike as a gift for our 2 year old daughter. After much use we realized we were missing a part that must have fallen off on a ride. The support team was very responsive and helped us find the replacement part and are arranging to ship it to us now. We are so impressed!

I bought this tricycle for my grandson’s 2nd birthday, and it’s been a huge hit! He absolutely loves riding it, and the best part is the handle attachment. When he gets tired—or when we need to keep him moving safely—we can push him.

The trike itself feels well-made and stable, which gives me peace of mind since toddlers can be a little wobbly. The size is perfect for him now, but it has room for him to grow into it. It’s also easy to assemble and lightweight enough to take with us on walks.

Overall, it’s the perfect mix of independence for him and peace of mind for us. Highly recommend for toddlers who are just learning to ride!

The trike/bike arrived with a broken hubcap so I contacted Kriddo -- They quickly responded saying they would ship a new hubcap ASAP. The replacement arrived quickly and in time for our grandson's birthday.
