Quick and good customer service
First key i purchased did not activate my windows. I emailed the support and was sent back a response almost immediately with a new key. Second key worked perfectly. Very good experience!

Sold me a defective key and then they blame Microsoft and have them try and fix - but Microsoft doesn't work for them - so logic speaks to the business that sold the key that they must have support for a defective product - otherwise the business is called something else. . .
They can't help

My experience using help through the live chat feature was quick, easy and painless. The guy I got, Sam- answered quickly to all of my questions and even though I wasn’t happy to be hearing that I’d have to buy another save key for my device, the way everything was explained in plain terms, in a no nonsense kinda way AND quickly made it much easier to understand. A legit business.
I initially was hesitant about upgrading my new Dell PC with Windows 11 Home to Windows 11 Pro. After I reviewed Trust Pilot reviews, I was sure Krbkeys was a legit business and not a scam. The purchase was simple. I paid and within a minute I received the Windows 11 Pro key. I followed the instructions and the software was installed. Couldn’t be more pleased.
