When you are in need of a place to live, being strung along isn't something you want to deal with. I inquired about a property and decided I wanted to rent. I wanted to rent at the end of the month but the person I dealt with wanted me to pay rent starting the middle of the month, which had already past. It wasn't going to happen and I'm not sure why they thought that was okay. I attempted to communicate with them but they just ignored my emails. So instead of renting to me, the property is back on the website.

Loved the support the customer support they gave. It turned out to be a huge benefit having them around to pick out a house in Bay Area

Kopa is one of my favorite rental sites. They have fair, transparent prices for a variety of price points, and beautifully designed website to top it off.

We love using Kopa as an alternative to Airbnb. Their platform has helped us rent our places to top notch interns around the Bay Area. We only use Kopa and Airbnb but Kopa is great because their technology is better and their service fees are lower. We have all 20+ of our properties on Kopa. Very legitimate platform with quality renters.

Our company needed to rent a place for 3 months in Silicon Valley and I faced the daunting task to find a home in Mountain View suitable for 10 people and with a reasonable price.

AirBnb and Vrbo were the obvious places to start the search, but after a few weeks of daily search and messaging dozens of landlords I was really pessimistic - we would probably be in San Jose rather than MV and paying extremely high fees. I consider the aforementioned platforms work great for really short term rentals (2 weeks max, maybe) but when your demand is measured is months, there ir nothing like Faros.

We were able to find a lovely place with an extremely thoughtful landlord and fair price. The whole process was a breeze and Faro's team went above and beyond to help us having a great experience.

We needed to be in Mountain View at the beginning of the year for 3 months, and we just couldn't justify the high rental costs on AirBnB. An AirBnB landlord recommended Faros (in it's previous incarnation - PadPiper), We were able to find an awesome place, with space to work, and a great landlord who was very accommodating.

My roommate and I were struggling for weeks to find a place to live in the bay area. The process was seamless and the customer service is fantastic - Jack and Zach are kind, attentive and very personable co-founders. Coming from NYC, and Boston, I've had my fair share of apartment-search and rental experiences before-- but renting through Padpiper's platform was by far the most seamless and feels the most trustworthy. The reminders of when your rent is due are also super helpful. I highly recommend that you use their service!!

The customer support is responsive and I knew I could trust the website because Jack knows many of the landlords personally. I would recommend the site to short term student housing, whether it's work related or not.

Padpiper isn’t just a platform for finding a place to rent, but rather a full service experience. It’s really helpful when you’re relocating and don’t have a good handle on the place you’re moving to. They actually know the landlords and provide an unreal amount of support. I would definitely recommend!

This is an absolutely fantastic company! I am an intern a tech company in San Fransisco, and PadPiper made it possible for me to find housing. The website is beautiful and works incredibly well. This website made it possible for me to find a trustable landlord for a short term rental and took all of the bureaucratic and administrative nightmares out of securing a lease. It is eons better than looking for short term leases on craigslist, or being over-sold on sites like AirBnb or VRBO. I can’t recommend this site enough if you are looking for summer housing!
