OMG I am normally meticulous how on earth did I get scammed by this company. I naively bought not one but 2 kodi fire sticks. Alarm bells starting ringing when I received the confirmation email with no expected delivery date but the email included the wording - Here is your download!!! I thought it was to do with downloading Kodi which is something the company said that they put on the firesticks. I tried to download but I think fortunately for me - my system crashed and I couldn't download anything. I say fortunately because I now wonder if there wasn't a virus attached to the download! No where on their website did it say I was paying for just a download. The site clearly says Firesticks! It even gives you details on how to return your items - what a joke. Anyway I've rang them - I've sent them an email - NO RESPONSE WHATSOVER! I contacted my bank and am patiently waiting the 10 days for them to look into this scamming company and hopefully I will get my money back . Don't go anywhere near this company not even with the longest barge pole you could ever find! update: I've received my refund. Yeahhh

Yup so got scammed, thought I was saving myself as the stick on here was cheaper, received an email confirming the order but then some how it has disappeared, phoned my bank which the stated I have to wait 30 days to receive the item then I can dispute to get my money back, learnt the lesson to check a company be buying

THIEVES, FRAUDSTERS, CRIMINALS - DO NOT DEAL WITH Koditv or THE PAYMENT HANDLERS: STRIPE / RAWETCAPPEREL. THEY ARE ALL IN COLLUSION to SWINDLE GENUINE BUYERS OUT OF THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY!!! Also folks please complain to Google as they are on their Ad list. These unscrupulous parasites need putting away for good....

Purchased firestick but never received it no answer on telephone no reply from emails so I basically have been robbed of £29.99 .Not a happy customer

This is a scam, period . I don't know why we have to give a star , it barely deserves one ! Bought the Firestick with but no delivery for 2 weeks.No replies to my emails or phone calls - one day waited 20 minutes and went to voicemail. Lesson learned always check the reviews before making purchases and if in doubt use a credit card . I have contacted my bank. AVOID

Do not use! Mis-selling their product pretending its a physical item with photos, etc and then only receive digital download key. No indication in listing it is 'digital only'.

Do not reply to email despite promise of 'robust refund policy'

Scam, paid for the fire stick three weeks ago hoping it would come before my mothers birthday today, not received it, called several times, do not buy from this company.

Scam, ordered a product and it was never sent. Company no longer answer emails, phone or chat requests. Reported to Police for fraud

I have heard nothing from this company after 4 attempts to contact them leaving voice messages and 5 e-mails not one response - only a stupid download link - can't believe I was silly enough to get scammed.. Going to try and get refund via bank -

I contacted my bank and explained it all and received a full refund within 4 days

I reported then to trading standards who got back in touch with me to say that they have taken down the webpage as they also said they had no replies and unable to reach anyone there.

This is a scam!
I ordered a Fire Stick, and all they did was gave me zip file to download.

When I tried calling them, they never picked up, and when I emailed them, they never replied.

Scam site beware

This site although purporting to be a secured site is a scam ... please don’t get caught like I did

I’m so angry at myself as I thought I was internet savvy... turns out I’m not

Advice from bank to check reviews on any site you are thinking of buying from before doing so.

Absolutely a scam

Scam site. The title of the product was Amazon Fire Stick 2nd Generation with KODI but was only sent a download code. Contacting my credit card company to get my order cancelled.

Scam site. They've just moved domains to hide their bad rep... Search for koditv.co.uk on trustpilot for the real list of reviews
