First deliverables were way below expectations draft concepts and logo designs looked generic and full of errors. We spent too much time trying to get support for updates that were promised but not delivered in time. While the final product was ultimately patched together to look acceptable, the overall service was unreliable and much more effort on our part than it should have been.

I request refund after incomplete work but they denied....

The service was decent, but I felt the project could have been managed more efficiently. The final result was acceptable with some room for improvement.

It was frustrating to set up. We paid up front and then had no word for weeks about progress. The work we did get felt rushed and involved several follow-ups to correct basic details. However, eventually a key contact stepped in and worked through the final issues and got the website up, but the stress and lack of support throughout the process was not worth the hassle

Found out the hard way that overseas cheap sites are just that - overseas and cheap.. Luckily Troy fixed up the website for us and we are really happy with the site now. Looks great and works as it should. Thanks Troy

Apart from not getting a website, i paid $2000 and got nothing. Stay away from these people. Even the bank said they were scammers.

The logo design was below parr as though used from a free website the designer appointed got the company name wrong our business title we probably expected a little more so we terminated on just the draft copy truly dissaponited

This company is an absolute scam. Troy promises everything and delivers absolutely nothing. Requests payment upfront and will liaise back and forth for a short period of time before becoming uncontactable. Have requested a refund on several occasions, to no avail. Avoid at all cost

If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Koality Websites has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the very beginning, nothing they promised was delivered. The website I paid for was incomplete, full of errors, and completely different from what was agreed upon. I made multiple requests for changes, followed up several times, and was repeatedly told the updates were done — they weren’t. Total lies and empty promises.

Their support is useless, unresponsive, and rude. Weeks of chasing them only led to more excuses. I’ve wasted valuable time, energy, and money, and now I’m demanding a full refund and reporting them to Consumer Affairs and the ACCC.

This company is unprofessional, unreliable, and in my opinion, scamming clients with substandard service and false assurances. Don’t make the same mistake I did — protect your money and your business. Stay away.
