Right so I have received 1 out of 2 of the rings, its absolutely nothing like the one in the photo advertised so please be warned, its nice enough but not what I ordered.

Absolute rubbish. Items from China, poor quality, over priced.
Same items on Ebay, temu etc for less money.

If I could put 0 stars I would. The jewellery looked beautiful and so we bought for a special 50th gift, it arrived after a couple of weeks (too late for the gift) and looked so cheap and nasty and nothing like the pictures. I tried to get a refund but the customer service was so ridiculous and you have to post back to China by recorded post at own cost. And they didn’t sound hopeful they would receive it. 15 days then to maybe get a refund. I just didn’t bother in the end which is what I think they are probably counting on. Buyer beware! Happy to display pictures if anyone wants them, you wouldn’t find this tat in Poundland!!

This is a Chinese business. Postage takes weeks and the jewelry is very low quality. I bought earrings as a gift which arrived in a plastic bag with Chinese writing on. They are going straight to the charity shop. Ignore the customer service from 8am - 8pm, I emailed them and have had no response after a week. Avoid and always check these type of websites on Trustpilot before ordering anything. There are a lot of sites like this that pose as a high provenance European business but churn out cheap Chinese tat.

Scam! My jewellery didn’t arrived for ages, then when it finally arrived, it was not what I ordered.
I immediately sent them an email with a photo of what they sent me and a photo of the jewellery I ordered and after months of back and forth emails they told me that they will give me 10% refund but I have to send the item back at my own expense, even though it was their error.
Please do not order from this place. They are just taking the money and delivery any old rubbish.

Please do not buy from this company it is a total scam the jewelleryI eventually received after 6 weeks was cheap and nasty. Their photos make it look expensive. The fact that they tell you that it is reduced from a very high price (in the case of the necklace it was supposed to have been worth one hundred pounds) makes you believe it will be something at least worth the price you pay for it but it is not.
The metal in the earrings is made of goodness knows what and even looks rusty.
I have now found out there are several companies all supposedly closing down that sell exactly the same jewellery, even with videos of sweet little ladies who are about to retire and therefore offering their handmade jewellery at reduced prices.
I feel like a complete idiot.
In future I will always check separately on trust pilot about any company I am buying from.

Absolute not as described Silver colour metal VERY cheap plastic stones!! Nothing like the picture!!!
It says free returns then if you can return you have to pay cost of postage AVOID

I had seen this site advertised & looked at some of the pretty earrings & other things for sale! NOT PURCHASED ANYTHING as my computer anti-virus states it is a 'phishing website' (depends on what anti-virus you all have) But if it's phishing, no way are they getting access to my details! BAD reviews from purchasers are also enough to ensure I 'leave well alone'!

This company is NOT to be trusted. They send out inferior, cheap goods from Asia. After much discussion with them, I returned earrings with a tracking number, only for them to say it’s not traceable. You will NOT get your money back from them, wait weeks for delivery and then receive cheap goods in a tatty plastic bag! If I could have rated them 0 stars, I would have done. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I've given one star, as there's no option to give zero.
Do not waste your money on these fraudsters.
I purchased a blue opal ring from them. After 3 weeks, a ring arrived but in no way did it resemble what was advertised.
Firstly, it is GREEN. Secondly, rather than opal, it seems to be covered (inexpertly) in enamel.

Received the wrong product. Poor quality jewellery. Earrings arrive without backing so I’ll have to use another pair to keep them on. Ring did not match advertised one. Customer services send return is on me even though they made the mistake of sending me the wrong product. I wouldn’t purchase from them again. Neither should you.

My order never arrived. Contacted the company numerous times and noone got back to me. Would not trust this company.

Wish I'd read this before my 25quid order. What a box of poorly made jewelery. Plastic thread ends sticking out, metal is so cheap looking. I thought I had done my research before ordering, how wrong was I. Came from China. 1 plus point I will take it apart and try to make a better item with the FAKE pearls. Do not buy from here.

Scamming company, saying they are based in London, items come from Vhina.
They advertise photos of lovely jewellery, what actually arrives is cheap nasty rings/earrings that are Nothing like they advertise.
My emails are now being automatically forwarded straight back to me, and my concerns / complaints ignored.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Item never arrived and their 'customer service' kept claiming they were "awaiting the necessary details of your order to track it." They wouldn't commit to refunding me so I've reported the transaction to my bank to dispute it as fraud.

I purchased a ring from this brand. I didn't receive any email to confirm my order or any tracking information etc. Then suddenly out of the blue several months later, I received a very thin, fragile , extremely small, cheap looking trinket ring. It looked like a toy from a cracker. It was so thin it looked like it would break the first time I wore it....but I couldn't actually wear it as the size was extremely tiny - not at all the size I ordered on the site. (I knew my exact ring size, as I had been to a jewellers only the previous week to get my wedding ring re-sized )- and the size of the ring received from koala was almost size, not the size I had ordered - so didn't fit. Contacting the company I got little joy. They have a return system that will basically make it impossible to return an item for a refund. I would steer very clear of this site. It has a nasty smell to it. I doubt any customers have managed to secure their refund.

this site is a big lie! Never buy from them, the descriptions of jewellery are a big lie, for example, big sales, real pearls jewellery when in reality everything is coming from China super cheap plastic jewellery! please be aware and check before buying anything. This is the first and last time when I will let something like this happen to me. (FYI I reported this site to Google and ncsc.gov.uk) you can do it too and maybe they will close these scammers.

Absolute con artists - DO NOT BUY. Sent me a cheap, tacky alternative product rather than the premium one I ordered on their website and refused to refund me unless I return the item at my own expense. If it was because I didn't like the item I'd suck it up, but it's not what I purchased. It's a completely different product, and not even a nice one. AVOID.

Update: They are now denying all knowledge of having received my order at all. I've shared their ludicrous response below which shows you just how dedicated they are to screwing you over - NB the two websites have the same product and same contact details so whilst they have created a duplicate site to wriggle out of even giving an address for returns, they are the same company. These guys are the absolute pits.

I was going to purchase from them and saw on their page that they had a tagline “join over 100,000 happy customers and 5 stars” so I popped over to trustpilot reviews.
There was only 1 review and it wasn’t 5 stars.
Glad I checked.

An absolute scammer. They disappear after you put the order in. Do not purchase anything here
